Ps 16:5-11 (King James)

⁵ The LORD is the portion of mine inheritance and of my cup: thou maintainest my lot. ⁶ The lines are fallen unto me in pleasant places; yea, I have a goodly heritage. ⁷ I will bless the LORD, who hath given me counsel: my reins also instruct me in the night seasons.
   ⁸ I have set the LORD always before me: because he is at my right hand, I shall not be moved. ⁹ Therefore my heart is glad, and my glory rejoiceth: my flesh also shall rest in hope. ¹⁰ For thou wilt not leave my soul in hell; neither wilt thou suffer thine Holy One to see corruption. ¹¹ Thou wilt shew me the path of life: in thy presence is fulness of joy; at thy right hand there are pleasures for evermore.

⁵ Eternel, c'est toi qui es ma part et la coupe où je bois,
c'est toi qui m'assures mon lot.
⁶ Un héritage délicieux m'est attribué,
une belle possession m'est accordée.
⁷ Je bénis l'Eternel, car il me conseille;
même la nuit mon cœur m'instruit.
⁸ *J'ai constamment l'Eternel devant moi;
quand il est à ma droite, je ne suis pas ébranlé.
⁹ C'est pourquoi mon cœur est dans la joie,
et mon esprit dans l'allégresse.
Même mon corps reposera en sécurité,
¹⁰ car tu *n'abandonneras pas mon âme au séjour des morts,
tu ne permettras pas que ton bien-aimé connaisse la décomposition.
¹¹ Tu me fais connaître le sentier de la vie;
il y a d'abondantes joies dans ta présence,
un bonheur éternel à ta droite.
