Lv 22 (Darby)

¹ Et l'Éternel parla à Moïse, disant :
² Parle à Aaron et à ses fils, afin qu'ils se séparent des choses saintes des fils d'Israël, et qu'ils ne profanent pas mon saint nom dans les choses que ceux-ci me sanctifient. Moi, je suis l'Éternel.
³ Dis-leur : Tout homme de toute votre semence, en vos générations, qui, ayant son impureté sur lui, s'approchera des choses saintes que les fils d'Israël ont sanctifiées à l'Éternel, cette âme-là sera retranchée de devant moi. Moi, je suis l'Éternel.
⁴ Aucun homme de la semence d'Aaron, qui est lépreux ou qui a un flux, ne mangera des choses saintes, jusqu'à ce qu'il soit purifié ; et celui qui aura touché quelqu'un qui est impur par un mort, ou celui de qui est sorti de la semence,
⁵ ou celui qui a touché un reptile quelconque qui le rende impur, ou un homme qui le rende impur de quelque impureté dont il soit affecté,
⁶ - l'homme* qui aura touché cela, sera impur jusqu'au soir, et ne mangera pas des choses saintes, s'il n'a pas lavé** sa chair dans l'eau ;
⁷ et après le coucher du soleil il sera pur ; et ensuite, il mangera des choses saintes, car c'est son pain.
⁸ [Aucun d'eux] ne mangera d'une bête morte [d'elle-même] ou déchirée, pour se rendre impur par elle. Moi, je suis l'Éternel.
⁹ Et ils garderont ce que j'ai ordonné de garder, afin qu'ils ne portent pas de péché sur eux, et qu'ils ne meurent pas, pour avoir profané [mon ordonnance]. Moi, je suis l'Éternel qui les sanctifie.
¹⁰ Et aucun étranger* ne mangera de ce qui est saint ; celui qui demeure chez un sacrificateur, et l'homme à gages, ne mangeront pas de ce qui est saint.
¹¹ Mais si le sacrificateur a acheté de son argent un esclave*, celui-ci en mangera, ainsi que celui qui est né dans sa maison : ceux-là mangeront de son pain.
¹² Et une fille de sacrificateur, si elle est [mariée] à un étranger, ne mangera pas des offrandes élevées* des choses saintes.
¹³ Mais si une fille de sacrificateur est veuve ou répudiée, et n'a pas d'enfants*, et est retournée dans la maison de son père, comme dans sa jeunesse, elle mangera du pain de son père ; mais aucun étranger n'en mangera.
¹⁴ Et si un homme, par ignorance, mange d'une chose sainte, il donnera au sacrificateur la chose sainte, et y ajoutera un cinquième par-dessus.
¹⁵ Et on ne profanera pas les choses saintes des fils d'Israël, qu'ils offrent en offrande élevée à l'Éternel,
¹⁶ et on ne leur fera pas porter l'iniquité du délit quand ils mangeront de leurs choses saintes, car moi je suis l'Éternel qui les sanctifie.
¹⁷ Et l'Éternel parla à Moïse, disant :
¹⁸ Parle à Aaron et à ses fils, et à tous les fils d'Israël, et dis-leur : Quiconque de la maison d'Israël ou de ceux qui séjournent en Israël, présentera son offrande*, selon tous leurs vœux et selon toutes leurs offrandes volontaires qu'ils présentent en holocauste à l'Éternel,
¹⁹ - pour être agréé*, [offrira] un mâle sans tare, de gros bétail, de moutons, ou de chèvres.
²⁰ Vous ne présenterez aucune chose qui ait quelque défaut corporel, car elle ne sera point agréée pour vous.
²¹ Et si un homme présente un sacrifice de prospérités à l'Éternel, pour s'acquitter d'un vœu, ou en offrande volontaire, soit de gros bétail, soit de menu bétail, [son offrande] sera sans tare, pour être agréée ; il n'y aura en elle aucun défaut corporel.
²² Vous ne présenterez point à l'Éternel ce qui est aveugle, ou qui a une fracture ou qui est mutilé, ou qui a des ulcères, on une gale, ou une dartre, et vous n'en ferez pas un sacrifice fait par feu sur l'autel, à l'Éternel.
²³ Tu pourras faire un sacrifice volontaire d'un bœuf ou d'un agneau* ayant quelque membre trop long ou trop court ; mais pour un vœu, ils ne seront pas agréés.
²⁴ Et vous ne présenterez pas à l'Éternel ce qui sera froissé, ou écrasé, ou arraché, ou coupé ; vous ne ferez point cela dans votre pays.
²⁵ Et de la main d'un étranger, vous ne présenterez aucune de ces choses comme le pain de votre Dieu ; car leur corruption est en elles, il y a un défaut en elles : elles ne seront pas agréées pour vous.
²⁶ Et l'Éternel parla à Moïse, disant :
²⁷ Un veau, ou un agneau ou un chevreau, lorsqu'il sera né, sera sept jours sous sa mère ; et depuis le huitième jour et après, il sera agréé pour l'offrande* du sacrifice fait par feu à l'Éternel.
²⁸ Et vous n'égorgerez pas la vache, ou la brebis, elle et son petit, en un même jour.
²⁹ Et si vous sacrifiez un sacrifice d'action de grâces à l'Éternel, vous le sacrifierez pour être agréé pour vous.
³⁰ Il sera mangé le jour même ; vous n'en laisserez rien jusqu'au matin. Moi, je suis l'Éternel.
³¹ Et vous garderez mes commandements, et vous les ferez. Moi, je suis l'Éternel.
³² Et vous ne profanerez pas mon saint nom, mais je serai sanctifié au milieu des fils d'Israël : moi, je suis l'Éternel qui vous sanctifie
³³ [et] qui vous ai fait sortir du pays d'Égypte pour être votre Dieu. Moi, je suis l'Éternel.

¹ And the LORD spake unto Moses, saying,
² Speak unto Aaron and to his sons, that they separate themselves from the holy things of the children of Israel, and that they profane not my holy name in those things which they hallow unto me: I am the LORD.
³ Say unto them, Whosoever he be of all your seed among your generations, that goeth unto the holy things, which the children of Israel hallow unto the LORD, having his uncleanness upon him, that soul shall be cut off from my presence: I am the LORD.
⁴ What man soever of the seed of Aaron is a leper, or hath a running issue; he shall not eat of the holy things, until he be clean. And whoso toucheth any thing that is unclean by the dead, or a man whose seed goeth from him;
⁵ Or whosoever toucheth any creeping thing, whereby he may be made unclean, or a man of whom he may take uncleanness, whatsoever uncleanness he hath;
⁶ The soul which hath touched any such shall be unclean until even, and shall not eat of the holy things, unless he wash his flesh with water.
⁷ And when the sun is down, he shall be clean, and shall afterward eat of the holy things; because it is his food.
⁸ That which dieth of itself, or is torn with beasts, he shall not eat to defile himself therewith; I am the LORD.
⁹ They shall therefore keep mine ordinance, lest they bear sin for it, and die therefore, if they profane it: I the LORD do sanctify them.
¹⁰ There shall no stranger eat of the holy thing: a sojourner of the priest, or an hired servant, shall not eat of the holy thing.
¹¹ But if the priest buy any soul with his money, he shall eat of it, and he that is born in his house: they shall eat of his meat.
¹² If the priest's daughter also be married unto a stranger, she may not eat of an offering of the holy things.
¹³ But if the priest's daughter be a widow, or divorced, and have no child, and is returned unto her father's house, as in her youth, she shall eat of her father's meat: but there shall be no stranger eat thereof.
¹⁴ And if a man eat of the holy thing unwittingly, then he shall put the fifth part thereof unto it, and shall give it unto the priest with the holy thing.
¹⁵ And they shall not profane the holy things of the children of Israel, which they offer unto the LORD;
¹⁶ Or suffer them to bear the iniquity of trespass, when they eat their holy things: for I the LORD do sanctify them.
¹⁷ And the LORD spake unto Moses, saying,
¹⁸ Speak unto Aaron, and to his sons, and unto all the children of Israel, and say unto them, Whatsoever he be of the house of Israel, or of the strangers in Israel, that will offer his oblation for all his vows, and for all his freewill offerings, which they will offer unto the LORD for a burnt offering;
¹⁹ Ye shall offer at your own will a male without blemish, of the beeves, of the sheep, or of the goats.
²⁰ But whatsoever hath a blemish, that shall ye not offer: for it shall not be acceptable for you.
²¹ And whosoever offereth a sacrifice of peace offerings unto the LORD to accomplish his vow, or a freewill offering in beeves or sheep, it shall be perfect to be accepted; there shall be no blemish therein.
²² Blind, or broken, or maimed, or having a wen, or scurvy, or scabbed, ye shall not offer these unto the LORD, nor make an offering by fire of them upon the altar unto the LORD.
²³ Either a bullock or a lamb that hath any thing superfluous or lacking in his parts, that mayest thou offer for a freewill offering; but for a vow it shall not be accepted.
²⁴ Ye shall not offer unto the LORD that which is bruised, or crushed, or broken, or cut; neither shall ye make any offering thereof in your land.
²⁵ Neither from a stranger's hand shall ye offer the bread of your God of any of these; because their corruption is in them, and blemishes be in them: they shall not be accepted for you.
²⁶ And the LORD spake unto Moses, saying,
²⁷ When a bullock, or a sheep, or a goat, is brought forth, then it shall be seven days under the dam; and from the eighth day and thenceforth it shall be accepted for an offering made by fire unto the LORD.
²⁸ And whether it be cow, or ewe, ye shall not kill it and her young both in one day.
²⁹ And when ye will offer a sacrifice of thanksgiving unto the LORD, offer it at your own will.
³⁰ On the same day it shall be eaten up; ye shall leave none of it until the morrow: I am the LORD.
³¹ Therefore shall ye keep my commandments, and do them: I am the LORD.
³² Neither shall ye profane my holy name; but I will be hallowed among the children of Israel: I am the LORD which hallow you,
³³ That brought you out of the land of Egypt, to be your God: I am the LORD.

¹ Locutus quoque est Dominus ad Moysen, dicens :
² Loquere ad Aaron et ad filios ejus, ut caveant ab his quæ consecrata sunt filiorum Israël, et non contaminent nomen sanctificatorum mihi, quæ ipsi offerunt. Ego Dominus.
³ Dic ad eos, et ad posteros eorum : Omnis homo qui accesserit de stirpe vestra ad ea quæ consecrata sunt, et quæ obtulerunt filii Israël Domino, in quo est immunditia, peribit coram Domino. Ego sum Dominus.
⁴ Homo de semine Aaron, qui fuerit leprosus, aut patiens fluxum seminis, non vescetur de his quæ sanctificata sunt mihi, donec sanetur. Qui tetigerit immundum super mortuo, et ex quo egreditur semen quasi coitus,
⁵ et qui tangit reptile, et quodlibet immundum cujus tactus est sordidus,
⁶ immundus erit usque ad vesperum, et non vescetur his quæ sanctificata sunt : sed cum laverit carnem suam aqua,
⁷ et occubuerit sol, tunc mundatus vescetur de sanctificatis, quia cibus illius est.
⁸ Morticinum et captum a bestia non comedent, nec polluentur in eis. Ego sum Dominus.
⁹ Custodiant præcepta mea, ut non subjaceant peccato, et moriantur in sanctuario, cum polluerint illud. Ego Dominus qui sanctifico eos.
¹⁰ Omnis alienigena non comedet de sanctificatis ; inquilinus sacerdotis et mercenarius non vescentur ex eis.
¹¹ Quem autem sacerdos emerit, et qui vernaculus domus ejus fuerit, hi comedent ex eis.
¹² Si filia sacerdotis cuilibet ex populo nupta fuerit, de his quæ sanctificata sunt, et de primitiis non vescetur.
¹³ Sin autem vidua, vel repudiata, et absque liberis reversa fuerit ad domum patris sui : sicut puella consueverat, aletur cibis patris sui. Omnis alienigena comedendi ex eis non habet potestatem.
¹⁴ Qui comederit de sanctificatis per ignorantiam, addet quintam partem cum eo quod comedit, et dabit sacerdoti in sanctuarium.
¹⁵ Nec contaminabunt sanctificata filiorum Israël, quæ offerunt Domino :
¹⁶ ne forte sustineant iniquitatem delicti sui, cum sanctificata comederint. Ego Dominus qui sanctifico eos.
¹⁷ Locutusque est Dominus ad Moysen, dicens :
¹⁸ Loquere ad Aaron et filios ejus, et ad omnes filios Israël, dicesque ad eos : Homo de domo Israël, et de advenis qui habitant apud vos, qui obtulerit oblationem suam, vel vota solvens, vel sponte offerens, quidquid illud obtulerit in holocaustum Domini,
¹⁹ ut offeratur per vos, masculus immaculatus erit ex bobus, et ovibus, et ex capris :
²⁰ si maculam habuerit, non offeretis, neque erit acceptabile.
²¹ Homo qui obtulerit victimam pacificorum Domino, vel vota solvens, vel sponte offerens, tam de bobus quam de ovibus, immaculatum offeret ut acceptabile sit : omnis macula non erit in eo.
²² Si cæcum fuerit, si fractum, si cicatricem habens, si papulas, aut scabiem, aut impetiginem : non offeretis ea Domino, nec adolebitis ex eis super altare Domini.
²³ Bovem et ovem, aure et cauda amputatis, voluntarie offerre potes, votum autem ex eis solvi non potest.
²⁴ Omne animal, quod vel contritis, vel tusis, vel sectis ablatisque testiculis est, non offeretis Domino, et in terra vestra hoc omnino ne faciatis.
²⁵ De manu alienigenæ non offeretis panes Deo vestro, et quidquid aliud dare voluerit, quia corrupta, et maculata sunt omnia : non suscipietis ea.
²⁶ Locutusque est Dominus ad Moysen, dicens :
²⁷ Bos, ovis et capra, cum genita fuerint, septem diebus erunt sub ubere matris suæ : die autem octavo, et deinceps, offerri poterunt Domino.
²⁸ Sive illa bos, sive ovis, non immolabuntur una die cum fœtibus suis.
²⁹ Si immolaveritis hostiam pro gratiarum actione Domino, ut possit esse placabilis,
³⁰ eodem die comedetis eam : non remanebit quidquam in mane alterius diei. Ego Dominus.
³¹ Custodite mandata mea, et facite ea. Ego Dominus.
³² Ne polluatis nomen meum sanctum, ut sanctificer in medio filiorum Israël. Ego Dominus qui sanctifico vos,
³³ et eduxi de terra Ægypti, ut essem vobis in Deum. Ego Dominus.
