Ps 128 (Catholique Crampon)

¹ Cantique des montées. Heureux l'homme qui craint Yahweh, qui marche dans ses voies !
² Tu te nourris alors du travail de tes mains ; tu es heureux et comblé de biens.
³ Ton épouse est comme une vigne féconde, dans l'intérieur de ta maison ; tes fils, comme de jeunes plants d'olivier, autour de ta table.
⁴ Voilà comment sera béni l'homme qui craint Yahweh.
⁵ Que Yahweh te bénisse de Sion ! Puisse-tu voir Jérusalem florissante tous les jours de ta vie !
⁶ Puisses-tu voir les enfants de tes enfants ! Que la paix soit sur Israël !

¹ Blessed is every one that feareth the LORD; that walketh in his ways.
² For thou shalt eat the labour of thine hands: happy shalt thou be, and it shall be well with thee.
³ Thy wife shall be as a fruitful vine by the sides of thine house: thy children like olive plants round about thy table.
⁴ Behold, that thus shall the man be blessed that feareth the LORD.
⁵ The LORD shall bless thee out of Zion: and thou shalt see the good of Jerusalem all the days of thy life.
⁶ Yea, thou shalt see thy children's children, and peace upon Israel.
