BAN ¹ Et l'Eternel parla à Moïse et à Aaron dans le pays d'Egypte, en ces termes :

WLC ¹ וַיֹּ֤אמֶר יְהוָה֙ אֶל־ מֹשֶׁ֣ה וְאֶֽל־ אַהֲרֹ֔ן בְּאֶ֥רֶץ מִצְרַ֖יִם לֵאמֹֽר׃

BAN ² Que ce mois-ci soit pour vous le commencement des mois : il sera pour vous le premier des mois de l'année.

KJV ² This month shall be unto you the beginning of months: it shall be the first month of the year to you.

VULC ² Mensis iste, vobis principium mensium : primus erit in mensibus anni.

WLC ² הַחֹ֧דֶשׁ הַזֶּ֛ה לָכֶ֖ם רֹ֣אשׁ חֳדָשִׁ֑ים רִאשׁ֥וֹן הוּא֙ לָכֶ֔ם לְחָדְשֵׁ֖י הַשָּׁנָֽה׃

BAN ³ Parlez à toute l'assemblée d'Israël en ces termes : Le dix de ce mois, que chacun prenne un agneau par famille, un agneau par maison.

KJV ³ Speak ye unto all the congregation of Israel, saying, In the tenth day of this month they shall take to them every man a lamb, according to the house of their fathers, a lamb for an house:

VULC ³ Loquimini ad universum cœtum filiorum Israël, et dicite eis : Decima die mensis hujus tollat unusquisque agnum per familias et domos suas.

WLC ³ דַּבְּר֗וּ אֶֽל־ כָּל־ עֲדַ֤ת יִשְׂרָאֵל֙ לֵאמֹ֔ר בֶּעָשֹׂ֖ר לַחֹ֣דֶשׁ הַזֶּ֑ה וְיִקְח֣וּ לָהֶ֗ם אִ֛ישׁ שֶׂ֥ה לְבֵית־ אָבֹ֖ת שֶׂ֥ה לַבָּֽיִת׃

BAN ⁴ Et si la maison est trop peu nombreuse pour un agneau, qu'il le prenne en commun avec son plus proche voisin, en tenant compte du nombre des personnes : vous compterez chaque personne selon ce qu'elle peut manger de l'agneau.

KJV ⁴ And if the household be too little for the lamb, let him and his neighbour next unto his house take it according to the number of the souls; every man according to his eating shall make your count for the lamb.

VULC ⁴ Sin autem minor est numerus ut sufficere possit ad vescendum agnum, assumet vicinum suum qui junctus est domui suæ, juxta numerum animarum quæ sufficere possunt ad esum agni.

WLC ⁴ וְאִם־ יִמְעַ֣ט הַבַּיִת֮ מִהְיֹ֣ת מִשֶּׂה֒ וְלָקַ֣ח ה֗וּא וּשְׁכֵנ֛וֹ הַקָּרֹ֥ב אֶל־ בֵּית֖וֹ בְּמִכְסַ֣ת נְפָשֹׁ֑ת אִ֚ישׁ לְפִ֣י אָכְל֔וֹ תָּכֹ֖סּוּ עַל־ הַשֶּֽׂה׃

BAN ⁵ Votre agneau doit être sans défaut, mâle, âgé d'un an ; vous prendrez soit un agneau, soit un chevreau.

KJV ⁵ Your lamb shall be without blemish, a male of the first year: ye shall take it out from the sheep, or from the goats:

VULC ⁵ Erit autem agnus absque macula, masculus, anniculus : juxta quem ritum tolletis et hædum.

WLC ⁵ שֶׂ֥ה תָמִ֛ים זָכָ֥ר בֶּן־ שָׁנָ֖ה יִהְיֶ֣ה לָכֶ֑ם מִן־ הַכְּבָשִׂ֥ים וּמִן־ הָעִזִּ֖ים תִּקָּֽחוּ׃

BAN ⁶ Et vous le mettrez en réserve jusqu'au quatorze de ce mois ; la totalité de l'assemblée de la communauté d'Israël l'immolera dans la soirée.

KJV ⁶ And ye shall keep it up until the fourteenth day of the same month: and the whole assembly of the congregation of Israel shall kill it in the evening.

VULC ⁶ Et servabitis eum usque ad quartamdecimam diem mensis hujus : immolabitque eum universa multitudo filiorum Israël ad vesperam.

WLC ⁶ וְהָיָ֤ה לָכֶם֙ לְמִשְׁמֶ֔רֶת עַ֣ד אַרְבָּעָ֥ה עָשָׂ֛ר י֖וֹם לַחֹ֣דֶשׁ הַזֶּ֑ה וְשָׁחֲט֣וּ אֹת֗וֹ כֹּ֛ל קְהַ֥ל עֲדַֽת־ יִשְׂרָאֵ֖ל בֵּ֥ין הָעַרְבָּֽיִם׃

BAN ⁷ Et l'on prendra de son sang et l'on en mettra sur les deux montants, et sur le linteau de la porte, dans les maisons où on le mangera.

KJV ⁷ And they shall take of the blood, and strike it on the two side posts and on the upper door post of the houses, wherein they shall eat it.

VULC ⁷ Et sument de sanguine ejus, ac ponent super utrumque postem, et in superliminaribus domorum, in quibus comedent illum.

WLC ⁷ וְלָֽקְחוּ֙ מִן־ הַדָּ֔ם וְנָֽתְנ֛וּ עַל־ שְׁתֵּ֥י הַמְּזוּזֹ֖ת וְעַל־ הַמַּשְׁק֑וֹף עַ֚ל הַבָּ֣תִּ֔ים אֲשֶׁר־ יֹאכְל֥וּ אֹת֖וֹ בָּהֶֽם׃

BAN ⁸ Et l'on en mangera la chair cette nuit-là ; on la mangera rôtie au feu avec des pains sans levain et des herbes amères.

KJV ⁸ And they shall eat the flesh in that night, roast with fire, and unleavened bread; and with bitter herbs they shall eat it.

VULC ⁸ Et edent carnes nocte illa assas igni, et azymos panes cum lactucis agrestibus.

WLC ⁸ וְאָכְל֥וּ אֶת־ הַבָּשָׂ֖ר בַּלַּ֣יְלָה הַזֶּ֑ה צְלִי־ אֵ֣שׁ וּמַצּ֔וֹת עַל־ מְרֹרִ֖ים יֹאכְלֻֽהוּ׃

BAN ⁹ Vous n'en mangerez rien cru ou bouilli, mais tout sera rôti au feu, tête, jambes et entrailles.

KJV ⁹ Eat not of it raw, nor sodden at all with water, but roast with fire; his head with his legs, and with the purtenance thereof.

VULC ⁹ Non comedetis ex eo crudum quid, nec coctum aqua, sed tantum assum igni : caput cum pedibus ejus et intestinis vorabitis.

WLC ⁹ אַל־ תֹּאכְל֤וּ מִמֶּ֙נּוּ֙ נָ֔א וּבָשֵׁ֥ל מְבֻשָּׁ֖ל בַּמָּ֑יִם כִּ֣י אִם־ צְלִי־ אֵ֔שׁ רֹאשׁ֥וֹ עַל־ כְּרָעָ֖יו וְעַל־ קִרְבּֽוֹ׃

BAN ¹⁰ Et vous n'en laisserez rien jusqu'au lendemain, et ce qui en sera resté jusqu'au lendemain, vous le brûlerez.

KJV ¹⁰ And ye shall let nothing of it remain until the morning; and that which remaineth of it until the morning ye shall burn with fire.

VULC ¹⁰ Nec remanebit quidquam ex eo usque mane ; si quid residuum fuerit, igne comburetis.

WLC ¹⁰ וְלֹא־ תוֹתִ֥ירוּ מִמֶּ֖נּוּ עַד־ בֹּ֑קֶר וְהַנֹּתָ֥ר מִמֶּ֛נּוּ עַד־ בֹּ֖קֶר בָּאֵ֥שׁ תִּשְׂרֹֽפוּ׃

BAN ¹¹ Et c'est ainsi que vous le mangerez : les reins ceints, les sandales aux pieds et le bâton à la main, et vous le mangerez à la hâte. C'est la Pâque de l'Eternel.

KJV ¹¹ And thus shall ye eat it; with your loins girded, your shoes on your feet, and your staff in your hand; and ye shall eat it in haste: it is the LORD's passover.

VULC ¹¹ Sic autem comedetis illum : renes vestros accingetis, et calceamenta habebitis in pedibus, tenentes baculos in manibus, et comedetis festinanter : est enim Phase (id est, transitus) Domini.

WLC ¹¹ וְכָכָה֮ תֹּאכְל֣וּ אֹתוֹ֒ מָתְנֵיכֶ֣ם חֲגֻרִ֔ים נַֽעֲלֵיכֶם֙ בְּרַגְלֵיכֶ֔ם וּמַקֶּלְכֶ֖ם בְּיֶדְכֶ֑ם וַאֲכַלְתֶּ֤ם אֹתוֹ֙ בְּחִפָּז֔וֹן פֶּ֥סַח ה֖וּא לַיהוָֽה׃

BAN ¹² Et je traverserai le pays d'Egypte cette nuit-là et je frapperai tout premier-né dans le pays d'Egypte, des hommes, jusqu'aux bestiaux, et j'exécuterai des jugements sur tous les dieux de l'Egypte. Je suis l'Eternel.

KJV ¹² For I will pass through the land of Egypt this night, and will smite all the firstborn in the land of Egypt, both man and beast; and against all the gods of Egypt I will execute judgment: I am the LORD.

VULC ¹² Et transibo per terram Ægypti nocte illa, percutiamque omne primogenitum in terra Ægypti ab homine usque ad pecus : et in cunctis diis Ægypti faciam judicia. Ego Dominus.

WLC ¹² וְעָבַרְתִּ֣י בְאֶֽרֶץ־ מִצְרַיִם֮ בַּלַּ֣יְלָה הַזֶּה֒ וְהִכֵּיתִ֤י כָל־ בְּכוֹר֙ בְּאֶ֣רֶץ מִצְרַ֔יִם מֵאָדָ֖ם וְעַד־ בְּהֵמָ֑ה וּבְכָל־ אֱלֹהֵ֥י מִצְרַ֛יִם אֶֽעֱשֶׂ֥ה שְׁפָטִ֖ים אֲנִ֥י יְהוָֽה׃

BAN ¹³ Et le sang sera un signe sur les maisons où vous êtes : je verrai le sang et je passerai outre et il n'y aura pas de plaie sur vous pour vous détruire quand je frapperai le pays d'Egypte.

KJV ¹³ And the blood shall be to you for a token upon the houses where ye are: and when I see the blood, I will pass over you, and the plague shall not be upon you to destroy you, when I smite the land of Egypt.

VULC ¹³ Erit autem sanguis vobis in signum in ædibus in quibus eritis : et videbo sanguinem, et transibo vos : nec erit in vobis plaga disperdens quando percussero terram Ægypti.

WLC ¹³ וְהָיָה֩ הַדָּ֨ם לָכֶ֜ם לְאֹ֗ת עַ֤ל הַבָּתִּים֙ אֲשֶׁ֣ר אַתֶּ֣ם שָׁ֔ם וְרָאִ֙יתִי֙ אֶת־ הַדָּ֔ם וּפָסַחְתִּ֖י עֲלֵכֶ֑ם וְלֹֽא־ יִֽהְיֶ֨ה בָכֶ֥ם נֶ֙גֶף֙ לְמַשְׁחִ֔ית בְּהַכֹּתִ֖י בְּאֶ֥רֶץ מִצְרָֽיִם׃

BAN ¹⁴ Et vous ferez commémoration de ce jour et vous le célébrerez comme une fête à l'Eternel, vous le célébrerez de génération en génération : c'est une institution à perpétuité.

KJV ¹⁴ And this day shall be unto you for a memorial; and ye shall keep it a feast to the LORD throughout your generations; ye shall keep it a feast by an ordinance for ever.

VULC ¹⁴ Habebitis autem hunc diem in monumentum : et celebrabitis eam solemnem Domino in generationibus vestris cultu sempiterno.

WLC ¹⁴ וְהָיָה֩ הַיּ֨וֹם הַזֶּ֤ה לָכֶם֙ לְזִכָּר֔וֹן וְחַגֹּתֶ֥ם אֹת֖וֹ חַ֣ג לַֽיהוָ֑ה לְדֹרֹ֣תֵיכֶ֔ם חֻקַּ֥ת עוֹלָ֖ם תְּחָגֻּֽהוּ׃

BAN ¹⁵ Pendant sept jours vous mangerez des pains sans levain. Dès le premier jour, vous ferez disparaître de vos maisons le levain ; car toute personne qui mangera du pain levé, du premier jour au septième, sera retranchée d'Israël.

KJV ¹⁵ Seven days shall ye eat unleavened bread; even the first day ye shall put away leaven out of your houses: for whosoever eateth leavened bread from the first day until the seventh day, that soul shall be cut off from Israel.

VULC ¹⁵ Septem diebus azyma comedetis : in die primo non erit fermentum in domibus vestris : quicumque comederit fermentatum, peribit anima illa de Israël, a primo die usque ad diem septimum.

WLC ¹⁵ שִׁבְעַ֤ת יָמִים֙ מַצּ֣וֹת תֹּאכֵ֔לוּ אַ֚ךְ בַּיּ֣וֹם הָרִאשׁ֔וֹן תַּשְׁבִּ֥יתוּ שְּׂאֹ֖ר מִבָּתֵּיכֶ֑ם כִּ֣י ׀ כָּל־ אֹכֵ֣ל חָמֵ֗ץ וְנִכְרְתָ֞ה הַנֶּ֤פֶשׁ הַהִוא֙ מִיִּשְׂרָאֵ֔ל מִיּ֥וֹם הָרִאשֹׁ֖ן עַד־ י֥וֹם הַשְּׁבִעִֽי׃

BAN ¹⁶ Et vous aurez une sainte assemblée le premier jour et une sainte assemblée le septième jour ; on ne fera aucune oeuvre pendant ces jours-là ; vous ne ferez que ce qui sera nécessaire à la nourriture de chacun.

KJV ¹⁶ And in the first day there shall be an holy convocation, and in the seventh day there shall be an holy convocation to you; no manner of work shall be done in them, save that which every man must eat, that only may be done of you.

VULC ¹⁶ Dies prima erit sancta atque solemnis, et dies septima eadem festivitate venerabilis : nihil operis facietis in eis, exceptis his, quæ ad vescendum pertinent.

WLC ¹⁶ וּבַיּ֤וֹם הָרִאשׁוֹן֙ מִקְרָא־ קֹ֔דֶשׁ וּבַיּוֹם֙ הַשְּׁבִיעִ֔י מִקְרָא־ קֹ֖דֶשׁ יִהְיֶ֣ה לָכֶ֑ם כָּל־ מְלָאכָה֙ לֹא־ יֵעָשֶׂ֣ה בָהֶ֔ם אַ֚ךְ אֲשֶׁ֣ר יֵאָכֵ֣ל לְכָל־ נֶ֔פֶשׁ ה֥וּא לְבַדּ֖וֹ יֵעָשֶׂ֥ה לָכֶֽם׃

BAN ¹⁷ Et vous observerez l'ordonnance des pains sans levain ; car c'est en ce même jour-là que j'ai fait sortir vos armées du pays d'Egypte, et vous observerez ce jour-là de génération en génération comme une institution perpétuelle.

KJV ¹⁷ And ye shall observe the feast of unleavened bread; for in this selfsame day have I brought your armies out of the land of Egypt: therefore shall ye observe this day in your generations by an ordinance for ever.

VULC ¹⁷ Et observabitis azyma : in eadem enim ipsa die educam exercitum vestrum de terra Ægypti, et custodietis diem istum in generationes vestras ritu perpetuo.

WLC ¹⁷ וּשְׁמַרְתֶּם֮ אֶת־ הַמַּצּוֹת֒ כִּ֗י בְּעֶ֙צֶם֙ הַיּ֣וֹם הַזֶּ֔ה הוֹצֵ֥אתִי אֶת־ צִבְאוֹתֵיכֶ֖ם מֵאֶ֣רֶץ מִצְרָ֑יִם וּשְׁמַרְתֶּ֞ם אֶת־ הַיּ֥וֹם הַזֶּ֛ה לְדֹרֹתֵיכֶ֖ם חֻקַּ֥ת עוֹלָֽם׃

BAN ¹⁸ Dans le premier mois, le quatorzième jour du mois, au soir, vous mangerez des pains sans levain, et cela jusqu'au vingt-et-unième jour du mois au soir.

KJV ¹⁸ In the first month, on the fourteenth day of the month at even, ye shall eat unleavened bread, until the one and twentieth day of the month at even.

VULC ¹⁸ Primo mense, quartadecima die mensis ad vesperam, comedetis azyma usque ad diem vigesimam primam ejusdem mensis ad vesperam.

WLC ¹⁸ בָּרִאשֹׁ֡ן בְּאַרְבָּעָה֩ עָשָׂ֨ר י֤וֹם לַחֹ֙דֶשׁ֙ בָּעֶ֔רֶב תֹּאכְל֖וּ מַצֹּ֑ת עַ֠ד י֣וֹם הָאֶחָ֧ד וְעֶשְׂרִ֛ים לַחֹ֖דֶשׁ בָּעָֽרֶב׃

BAN ¹⁹ Sept jours durant il ne doit pas se trouver de levain dans vos maisons, car toute personne qui mangera de quelque levain sera retranchée de l'assemblée d'Israël, qu'elle soit étrangère ou indigène.

KJV ¹⁹ Seven days shall there be no leaven found in your houses: for whosoever eateth that which is leavened, even that soul shall be cut off from the congregation of Israel, whether he be a stranger, or born in the land.

VULC ¹⁹ Septem diebus fermentum non invenietur in domibus vestris : qui comederit fermentatum, peribit anima ejus de cœtu Israël, tam de advenis quam de indigenis terræ.

WLC ¹⁹ שִׁבְעַ֣ת יָמִ֔ים שְׂאֹ֕ר לֹ֥א יִמָּצֵ֖א בְּבָתֵּיכֶ֑ם כִּ֣י ׀ כָּל־ אֹכֵ֣ל מַחְמֶ֗צֶת וְנִכְרְתָ֞ה הַנֶּ֤פֶשׁ הַהִוא֙ מֵעֲדַ֣ת יִשְׂרָאֵ֔ל בַּגֵּ֖ר וּבְאֶזְרַ֥ח הָאָֽרֶץ׃

BAN ²⁰ Vous ne mangerez d'aucun levain : dans tous les lieux où vous habiterez, vous mangerez des pains sans levain.

KJV ²⁰ Ye shall eat nothing leavened; in all your habitations shall ye eat unleavened bread.

VULC ²⁰ Omne fermentatum non comedetis : in cunctis habitaculis vestris edetis azyma.

WLC ²⁰ כָּל־ מַחְמֶ֖צֶת לֹ֣א תֹאכֵ֑לוּ בְּכֹל֙ מוֹשְׁבֹ֣תֵיכֶ֔ם תֹּאכְל֖וּ מַצּֽוֹת׃

BAN ²¹ Et Moïse appela tous les Anciens d'Israël et leur dit : Choisissez et prenez du menu bétail pour vos familles et immolez la Pâque.

KJV ²¹ Then Moses called for all the elders of Israel, and said unto them, Draw out and take you a lamb according to your families, and kill the passover.

VULC ²¹ Vocavit autem Moyses omnes seniores filiorum Israël, et dixit ad eos : Ite tollentes animal per familias vestras, et immolate Phase.

WLC ²¹ וַיִּקְרָ֥א מֹשֶׁ֛ה לְכָל־ זִקְנֵ֥י יִשְׂרָאֵ֖ל וַיֹּ֣אמֶר אֲלֵהֶ֑ם מִֽשְׁכ֗וּ וּקְח֨וּ לָכֶ֥ם צֹ֛אן לְמִשְׁפְּחֹתֵיכֶ֖ם וְשַׁחֲט֥וּ הַפָּֽסַח׃

BAN ²² Puis vous prendrez un bouquet d'hysope et vous le tremperez dans le sang qui sera dans le bassin et vous toucherez le linteau et les deux poteaux des portes avec le sang qui sera dans le bassin, et aucun de vous ne sortira de sa maison jusqu'au matin.

KJV ²² And ye shall take a bunch of hyssop, and dip it in the blood that is in the bason, and strike the lintel and the two side posts with the blood that is in the bason; and none of you shall go out at the door of his house until the morning.

VULC ²² Fasciculumque hyssopi tingite in sanguine qui est in limine, et aspergite ex eo superliminare, et utrumque postem : nullus vestrum egrediatur ostium domus suæ usque mane.

WLC ²² וּלְקַחְתֶּ֞ם אֲגֻדַּ֣ת אֵז֗וֹב וּטְבַלְתֶּם֮ בַּדָּ֣ם אֲשֶׁר־ בַּסַּף֒ וְהִגַּעְתֶּ֤ם אֶל־ הַמַּשְׁקוֹף֙ וְאֶל־ שְׁתֵּ֣י הַמְּזוּזֹ֔ת מִן־ הַדָּ֖ם אֲשֶׁ֣ר בַּסָּ֑ף וְאַתֶּ֗ם לֹ֥א תֵצְא֛וּ אִ֥ישׁ מִפֶּֽתַח־ בֵּית֖וֹ עַד־ בֹּֽקֶר׃

BAN ²³ Et l'Eternel traversera l'Egypte pour la frapper, et quand il verra le sang sur le linteau et les deux poteaux de vos portes, il passera vos maisons et ne permettra pas au Destructeur d'y entrer pour frapper.

KJV ²³ For the LORD will pass through to smite the Egyptians; and when he seeth the blood upon the lintel, and on the two side posts, the LORD will pass over the door, and will not suffer the destroyer to come in unto your houses to smite you.

VULC ²³ Transibit enim Dominus percutiens Ægyptios : cumque viderit sanguinem in superliminari, et in utroque poste, transcendet ostium domus, et non sinet percussorem ingredi domos vestras et lædere.

WLC ²³ וְעָבַ֣ר יְהוָה֮ לִנְגֹּ֣ף אֶת־ מִצְרַיִם֒ וְרָאָ֤ה אֶת־ הַדָּם֙ עַל־ הַמַּשְׁק֔וֹף וְעַ֖ל שְׁתֵּ֣י הַמְּזוּזֹ֑ת וּפָסַ֤ח יְהוָה֙ עַל־ הַפֶּ֔תַח וְלֹ֤א יִתֵּן֙ הַמַּשְׁחִ֔ית לָבֹ֥א אֶל־ בָּתֵּיכֶ֖ם לִנְגֹּֽף׃

BAN ²⁴ Vous observerez ceci comme une institution pour vous et pour vos enfants, à perpétuité.

KJV ²⁴ And ye shall observe this thing for an ordinance to thee and to thy sons for ever.

VULC ²⁴ Custodi verbum istud legitimum tibi et filiis tuis usque in æternum.

WLC ²⁴ וּשְׁמַרְתֶּ֖ם אֶת־ הַדָּבָ֣ר הַזֶּ֑ה לְחָק־ לְךָ֥ וּלְבָנֶ֖יךָ עַד־ עוֹלָֽם׃

BAN ²⁵ Et lorsque vous serez entrés dans le pays que l'Eternel vous donnera comme il l'a promis, vous observerez ce rite,

KJV ²⁵ And it shall come to pass, when ye be come to the land which the LORD will give you, according as he hath promised, that ye shall keep this service.

VULC ²⁵ Cumque introieritis terram, quam Dominus daturus est vobis ut pollicitus est, observabitis cæremonias istas.

WLC ²⁵ וְהָיָ֞ה כִּֽי־ תָבֹ֣אוּ אֶל־ הָאָ֗רֶץ אֲשֶׁ֨ר יִתֵּ֧ן יְהוָ֛ה לָכֶ֖ם כַּאֲשֶׁ֣ר דִּבֵּ֑ר וּשְׁמַרְתֶּ֖ם אֶת־ הָעֲבֹדָ֥ה הַזֹּֽאת׃

BAN ²⁶ et quand vos enfants vous diront : Quelle signification ce rite a-t-il pour vous ?

KJV ²⁶ And it shall come to pass, when your children shall say unto you, What mean ye by this service?

VULC ²⁶ Et cum dixerint vobis filii vestri : Quæ est ista religio ?

WLC ²⁶ וְהָיָ֕ה כִּֽי־ יֹאמְר֥וּ אֲלֵיכֶ֖ם בְּנֵיכֶ֑ם מָ֛ה הָעֲבֹדָ֥ה הַזֹּ֖את לָכֶֽם׃

BAN ²⁸ Et les fils d'Israël allèrent et firent ainsi. Ils se conformèrent à tout ce que l'Eternel avait commandé à Moïse et à Aaron.

BAN ⁴² C'est là une nuit à célébrer à l'honneur de l'Eternel parce qu'il les a fait sortir de la terre d'Egypte. Cette nuit-là appartient à l'Eternel, pour être célébrée par tous les fils d'Israël de génération en génération.

KJV ⁴² It is a night to be much observed unto the LORD for bringing them out from the land of Egypt: this is that night of the LORD to be observed of all the children of Israel in their generations.

KJV ⁴⁸ And when a stranger shall sojourn with thee, and will keep the passover to the LORD, let all his males be circumcised, and then let him come near and keep it; and he shall be as one that is born in the land: for no uncircumcised person shall eat thereof.
