KJV ² A cubit shall be the length thereof, and a cubit the breadth thereof; foursquare shall it be: and two cubits shall be the height thereof: the horns thereof shall be of the same.

KJV ³ And thou shalt overlay it with pure gold, the top thereof, and the sides thereof round about, and the horns thereof; and thou shalt make unto it a crown of gold round about.

VULC ³ Vestiesque illud auro purissimo, tam craticulam ejus, quam parietes per circuitum, et cornua. Faciesque ei coronam aureolam per gyrum,

WLC ³ וְצִפִּיתָ֨ אֹת֜וֹ זָהָ֣ב טָה֗וֹר אֶת־ גַּגּ֧וֹ וְאֶת־ קִירֹתָ֛יו סָבִ֖יב וְאֶת־ קַרְנֹתָ֑יו וְעָשִׂ֥יתָ לּ֛וֹ זֵ֥ר זָהָ֖ב סָבִֽיב׃

KJV ⁴ And two golden rings shalt thou make to it under the crown of it, by the two corners thereof, upon the two sides of it shalt thou make it; and they shall be for places for the staves to bear it withal.

VULC ⁴ et duos annulos aureos sub corona per singula latera, ut mittantur in eos vectes, et altare portetur.

WLC ⁴ וּשְׁתֵּי֩ טַבְּעֹ֨ת זָהָ֜ב תַּֽעֲשֶׂה־ לּ֣וֹ ׀ מִתַּ֣חַת לְזֵר֗וֹ עַ֚ל שְׁתֵּ֣י צַלְעֹתָ֔יו תַּעֲשֶׂ֖ה עַל־ שְׁנֵ֣י צִדָּ֑יו וְהָיָה֙ לְבָתִּ֣ים לְבַדִּ֔ים לָשֵׂ֥את אֹת֖וֹ בָּהֵֽמָּה׃

KJV ⁵ And thou shalt make the staves of shittim wood, and overlay them with gold.

VULC ⁵ Ipsos quoque vectes facies de lignis setim, et inaurabis.

WLC ⁵ וְעָשִׂ֥יתָ אֶת־ הַבַּדִּ֖ים עֲצֵ֣י שִׁטִּ֑ים וְצִפִּיתָ֥ אֹתָ֖ם זָהָֽב׃

KJV ⁶ And thou shalt put it before the vail that is by the ark of the testimony, before the mercy seat that is over the testimony, where I will meet with thee.

VULC ⁶ Ponesque altare contra velum, quod ante arcam pendet testimonii coram propitiatorio quo tegitur testimonium, ubi loquar tibi.

WLC ⁶ וְנָתַתָּ֤ה אֹתוֹ֙ לִפְנֵ֣י הַפָּרֹ֔כֶת אֲשֶׁ֖ר עַל־ אֲרֹ֣ן הָעֵדֻ֑ת לִפְנֵ֣י הַכַּפֹּ֗רֶת אֲשֶׁר֙ עַל־ הָ֣עֵדֻ֔ת אֲשֶׁ֛ר אִוָּעֵ֥ד לְךָ֖ שָֽׁמָּה׃

KJV ⁷ And Aaron shall burn thereon sweet incense every morning: when he dresseth the lamps, he shall burn incense upon it.

KJV ⁸ And when Aaron lighteth the lamps at even, he shall burn incense upon it, a perpetual incense before the LORD throughout your generations.

VULC ⁸ et quando collocabit eas ad vesperum, uret thymiama sempiternum coram Domino in generationes vestras.

WLC ⁸ וּבְהַעֲלֹ֨ת אַהֲרֹ֧ן אֶת־ הַנֵּרֹ֛ת בֵּ֥ין הָעֲרְבַּ֖יִם יַקְטִירֶ֑נָּה קְטֹ֧רֶת תָּמִ֛יד לִפְנֵ֥י יְהוָ֖ה לְדֹרֹתֵיכֶֽם׃

KJV ⁹ Ye shall offer no strange incense thereon, nor burnt sacrifice, nor meat offering; neither shall ye pour drink offering thereon.

VULC ⁹ Non offeretis super eo thymiama compositionis alterius, nec oblationem, et victimam, nec libabitis libamina.

WLC ⁹ לֹא־ תַעֲל֥וּ עָלָ֛יו קְטֹ֥רֶת זָרָ֖ה וְעֹלָ֣ה וּמִנְחָ֑ה וְנֵ֕סֶךְ לֹ֥א תִסְּכ֖וּ עָלָֽיו׃

KJV ¹⁰ And Aaron shall make an atonement upon the horns of it once in a year with the blood of the sin offering of atonements: once in the year shall he make atonement upon it throughout your generations: it is most holy unto the LORD.

VULC ¹⁰ Et deprecabitur Aaron super cornua ejus semel per annum, in sanguine quod oblatum est pro peccato, et placabit super eo in generationibus vestris. Sanctum sanctorum erit Domino.

KJV ¹¹ And the LORD spake unto Moses, saying,

KJV ¹² When thou takest the sum of the children of Israel after their number, then shall they give every man a ransom for his soul unto the LORD, when thou numberest them; that there be no plague among them, when thou numberest them.

KJV ¹³ This they shall give, every one that passeth among them that are numbered, half a shekel after the shekel of the sanctuary: (a shekel is twenty gerahs:) an half shekel shall be the offering of the LORD.

VULC ¹³ Hoc autem dabit omnis qui transit ad nomen, dimidium sicli juxta mensuram templi (siclus viginti obolos habet) ; media pars sicli offeretur Domino.

WLC ¹³ זֶ֣ה ׀ יִתְּנ֗וּ כָּל־ הָעֹבֵר֙ עַל־ הַפְּקֻדִ֔ים מַחֲצִ֥ית הַשֶּׁ֖קֶל בְּשֶׁ֣קֶל הַקֹּ֑דֶשׁ עֶשְׂרִ֤ים גֵּרָה֙ הַשֶּׁ֔קֶל מַחֲצִ֣ית הַשֶּׁ֔קֶל תְּרוּמָ֖ה לַֽיהוָֽה׃

KJV ¹⁴ Every one that passeth among them that are numbered, from twenty years old and above, shall give an offering unto the LORD.

VULC ¹⁴ Qui habetur in numero, a viginti annis et supra, dabit pretium.

WLC ¹⁴ כֹּ֗ל הָעֹבֵר֙ עַל־ הַפְּקֻדִ֔ים מִבֶּ֛ן עֶשְׂרִ֥ים שָׁנָ֖ה וָמָ֑עְלָה יִתֵּ֖ן תְּרוּמַ֥ת יְהוָֽה׃

KJV ¹⁵ The rich shall not give more, and the poor shall not give less than half a shekel, when they give an offering unto the LORD, to make an atonement for your souls.

KJV ¹⁶ And thou shalt take the atonement money of the children of Israel, and shalt appoint it for the service of the tabernacle of the congregation; that it may be a memorial unto the children of Israel before the LORD, to make an atonement for your souls.

VULC ¹⁶ Susceptamque pecuniam, quæ collata est a filiis Israël, trades in usus tabernaculi testimonii, ut sit monimentum eorum coram Domino, et propitietur animabus eorum.

WLC ¹⁶ וְלָקַחְתָּ֞ אֶת־ כֶּ֣סֶף הַכִּפֻּרִ֗ים מֵאֵת֙ בְּנֵ֣י יִשְׂרָאֵ֔ל וְנָתַתָּ֣ אֹת֔וֹ עַל־ עֲבֹדַ֖ת אֹ֣הֶל מוֹעֵ֑ד וְהָיָה֩ לִבְנֵ֨י יִשְׂרָאֵ֤ל לְזִכָּרוֹן֙ לִפְנֵ֣י יְהוָ֔ה לְכַפֵּ֖ר עַל־ נַפְשֹׁתֵיכֶֽם׃

KJV ¹⁷ And the LORD spake unto Moses, saying,

KJV ¹⁸ Thou shalt also make a laver of brass, and his foot also of brass, to wash withal: and thou shalt put it between the tabernacle of the congregation and the altar, and thou shalt put water therein.

WLC ¹⁸ וְעָשִׂ֜יתָ כִּיּ֥וֹר נְחֹ֛שֶׁת וְכַנּ֥וֹ נְחֹ֖שֶׁת לְרָחְצָ֑ה וְנָתַתָּ֣ אֹת֗וֹ בֵּֽין־ אֹ֤הֶל מוֹעֵד֙ וּבֵ֣ין הַמִּזְבֵּ֔חַ וְנָתַתָּ֥ שָׁ֖מָּה מָֽיִם׃

KJV ¹⁹ For Aaron and his sons shall wash their hands and their feet thereat:

VULC ¹⁹ lavabunt in ea Aaron et filii ejus manus suas ac pedes,

WLC ¹⁹ וְרָחֲצ֛וּ אַהֲרֹ֥ן וּבָנָ֖יו מִמֶּ֑נּוּ אֶת־ יְדֵיהֶ֖ם וְאֶת־ רַגְלֵיהֶֽם׃

KJV ²⁰ When they go into the tabernacle of the congregation, they shall wash with water, that they die not; or when they come near to the altar to minister, to burn offering made by fire unto the LORD:

VULC ²⁰ quando ingressuri sunt tabernaculum testimonii, et quando accessuri sunt ad altare, ut offerant in eo thymiama Domino,

WLC ²⁰ בְּבֹאָ֞ם אֶל־ אֹ֧הֶל מוֹעֵ֛ד יִרְחֲצוּ־ מַ֖יִם וְלֹ֣א יָמֻ֑תוּ א֣וֹ בְגִשְׁתָּ֤ם אֶל־ הַמִּזְבֵּ֙חַ֙ לְשָׁרֵ֔ת לְהַקְטִ֥יר אִשֶּׁ֖ה לַֽיהוָֽה׃

KJV ²¹ So they shall wash their hands and their feet, that they die not: and it shall be a statute for ever to them, even to him and to his seed throughout their generations.

VULC ²¹ ne forte moriantur ; legitimum sempiternum erit ipsi, et semini ejus per successiones.

KJV ²³ Take thou also unto thee principal spices, of pure myrrh five hundred shekels, and of sweet cinnamon half so much, even two hundred and fifty shekels, and of sweet calamus two hundred and fifty shekels,

VULC ²³ dicens : Sume tibi aromata, primæ myrrhæ et electæ quingentos siclos, et cinnamomi medium, id est, ducentos quinquaginta siclos, calami similiter ducentos quinquaginta,

WLC ²³ וְאַתָּ֣ה קַח־ לְךָ֮ בְּשָׂמִ֣ים רֹאשׁ֒ מָר־ דְּרוֹר֙ חֲמֵ֣שׁ מֵא֔וֹת וְקִנְּמָן־ בֶּ֥שֶׂם מַחֲצִית֖וֹ חֲמִשִּׁ֣ים וּמָאתָ֑יִם וּקְנֵה־ בֹ֖שֶׂם חֲמִשִּׁ֥ים וּמָאתָֽיִם׃

KJV ²⁴ And of cassia five hundred shekels, after the shekel of the sanctuary, and of oil olive an hin:

VULC ²⁴ casiæ autem quingentos siclos, in pondere sanctuarii, olei de olivetis mensuram hin :

WLC ²⁴ וְקִדָּ֕ה חֲמֵ֥שׁ מֵא֖וֹת בְּשֶׁ֣קֶל הַקֹּ֑דֶשׁ וְשֶׁ֥מֶן זַ֖יִת הִֽין׃

KJV ²⁵ And thou shalt make it an oil of holy ointment, an ointment compound after the art of the apothecary: it shall be an holy anointing oil.

VULC ²⁵ faciesque unctionis oleum sanctum, unguentum compositum opere unguentarii,

WLC ²⁵ וְעָשִׂ֣יתָ אֹת֗וֹ שֶׁ֚מֶן מִשְׁחַת־ קֹ֔דֶשׁ רֹ֥קַח מִרְקַ֖חַת מַעֲשֵׂ֣ה רֹקֵ֑חַ שֶׁ֥מֶן מִשְׁחַת־ קֹ֖דֶשׁ יִהְיֶֽה׃

KJV ²⁶ And thou shalt anoint the tabernacle of the congregation therewith, and the ark of the testimony,

VULC ²⁶ et unges ex eo tabernaculum testimonii, et arcam testamenti,

WLC ²⁶ וּמָשַׁחְתָּ֥ ב֖וֹ אֶת־ אֹ֣הֶל מוֹעֵ֑ד וְאֵ֖ת אֲר֥וֹן הָעֵדֻֽת׃

KJV ²⁷ And the table and all his vessels, and the candlestick and his vessels, and the altar of incense,

VULC ²⁷ mensamque cum vasis suis, et candelabrum, et utensilia ejus, altaria thymiamatis,

WLC ²⁷ וְאֶת־ הַשֻּׁלְחָן֙ וְאֶת־ כָּל־ כֵּלָ֔יו וְאֶת־ הַמְּנֹרָ֖ה וְאֶת־ כֵּלֶ֑יהָ וְאֵ֖ת מִזְבַּ֥ח הַקְּטֹֽרֶת׃

KJV ²⁸ And the altar of burnt offering with all his vessels, and the laver and his foot.

VULC ²⁸ et holocausti, et universam supellectilem quæ ad cultum eorum pertinet.

WLC ²⁸ וְאֶת־ מִזְבַּ֥ח הָעֹלָ֖ה וְאֶת־ כָּל־ כֵּלָ֑יו וְאֶת־ הַכִּיֹּ֖ר וְאֶת־ כַּנּֽוֹ׃

KJV ²⁹ And thou shalt sanctify them, that they may be most holy: whatsoever toucheth them shall be holy.

VULC ²⁹ Sanctificabisque omnia, et erunt Sancta sanctorum ; qui tetigerit ea, sanctificabitur.

WLC ²⁹ וְקִדַּשְׁתָּ֣ אֹתָ֔ם וְהָי֖וּ קֹ֣דֶשׁ קָֽדָשִׁ֑ים כָּל־ הַנֹּגֵ֥עַ בָּהֶ֖ם יִקְדָּֽשׁ׃

KJV ³⁰ And thou shalt anoint Aaron and his sons, and consecrate them, that they may minister unto me in the priest's office.

VULC ³⁰ Aaron et filios ejus unges, sanctificabisque eos, ut sacerdotio fungantur mihi.

WLC ³⁰ וְאֶת־ אַהֲרֹ֥ן וְאֶת־ בָּנָ֖יו תִּמְשָׁ֑ח וְקִדַּשְׁתָּ֥ אֹתָ֖ם לְכַהֵ֥ן לִֽי׃

KJV ³¹ And thou shalt speak unto the children of Israel, saying, This shall be an holy anointing oil unto me throughout your generations.

VULC ³¹ Filiis quoque Israël dices : Hoc oleum unctionis sanctum erit mihi in generationes vestras.

WLC ³¹ וְאֶל־ בְּנֵ֥י יִשְׂרָאֵ֖ל תְּדַבֵּ֣ר לֵאמֹ֑ר שֶׁ֠מֶן מִשְׁחַת־ קֹ֨דֶשׁ יִהְיֶ֥ה זֶ֛ה לִ֖י לְדֹרֹתֵיכֶֽם׃

KJV ³² Upon man's flesh shall it not be poured, neither shall ye make any other like it, after the composition of it: it is holy, and it shall be holy unto you.

VULC ³² Caro hominis non ungetur ex eo, et juxta compositionem ejus non facietis aliud, quia sanctificatum est, et sanctum erit vobis.

KJV ³³ Whosoever compoundeth any like it, or whosoever putteth any of it upon a stranger, shall even be cut off from his people.

VULC ³³ Homo quicumque tale composuerit, et dederit ex eo alieno, exterminabitur de populo suo.

WLC ³³ אִ֚ישׁ אֲשֶׁ֣ר יִרְקַ֣ח כָּמֹ֔הוּ וַאֲשֶׁ֥ר יִתֵּ֛ן מִמֶּ֖נּוּ עַל־ זָ֑ר וְנִכְרַ֖ת מֵעַמָּֽיו׃

KJV ³⁴ And the LORD said unto Moses, Take unto thee sweet spices, stacte, and onycha, and galbanum; these sweet spices with pure frankincense: of each shall there be a like weight:

VULC ³⁴ Dixitque Dominus ad Moysen : Sume tibi aromata, stacten et onycha, galbanum boni odoris, et thus lucidissimum ; æqualis ponderis erunt omnia :

WLC ³⁴ וַיֹּאמֶר֩ יְהוָ֨ה אֶל־ מֹשֶׁ֜ה קַח־ לְךָ֣ סַמִּ֗ים נָטָ֤ף ׀ וּשְׁחֵ֙לֶת֙ וְחֶלְבְּנָ֔ה סַמִּ֖ים וּלְבֹנָ֣ה זַכָּ֑ה בַּ֥ד בְּבַ֖ד יִהְיֶֽה׃

KJV ³⁵ And thou shalt make it a perfume, a confection after the art of the apothecary, tempered together, pure and holy:

VULC ³⁵ faciesque thymiama compositum opere unguentarii, mistum diligenter, et purum, et sanctificatione dignissimum.

WLC ³⁵ וְעָשִׂ֤יתָ אֹתָהּ֙ קְטֹ֔רֶת רֹ֖קַח מַעֲשֵׂ֣ה רוֹקֵ֑חַ מְמֻלָּ֖ח טָה֥וֹר קֹֽדֶשׁ׃

KJV ³⁶ And thou shalt beat some of it very small, and put of it before the testimony in the tabernacle of the congregation, where I will meet with thee: it shall be unto you most holy.

VULC ³⁶ Cumque in tenuissimum pulverem universa contuderis, pones ex eo coram tabernaculo testimonii, in quo loco apparebo tibi. Sanctum sanctorum erit vobis thymiama.

WLC ³⁶ וְשָֽׁחַקְתָּ֣ מִמֶּנָּה֮ הָדֵק֒ וְנָתַתָּ֨ה מִמֶּ֜נָּה לִפְנֵ֤י הָעֵדֻת֙ בְּאֹ֣הֶל מוֹעֵ֔ד אֲשֶׁ֛ר אִוָּעֵ֥ד לְךָ֖ שָׁ֑מָּה קֹ֥דֶשׁ קָֽדָשִׁ֖ים תִּהְיֶ֥ה לָכֶֽם׃

KJV ³⁷ And as for the perfume which thou shalt make, ye shall not make to yourselves according to the composition thereof: it shall be unto thee holy for the LORD.

VULC ³⁷ Talem compositionem non facietis in usus vestros, quia sanctum est Domino.

WLC ³⁷ וְהַקְּטֹ֙רֶת֙ אֲשֶׁ֣ר תַּעֲשֶׂ֔ה בְּמַ֨תְכֻּנְתָּ֔הּ לֹ֥א תַעֲשׂ֖וּ לָכֶ֑ם קֹ֛דֶשׁ תִּהְיֶ֥ה לְךָ֖ לַיהוָֽה׃

KJV ³⁸ Whosoever shall make like unto that, to smell thereto, shall even be cut off from his people.

VULC ³⁸ Homo quicumque fecerit simile, ut odore illius perfruatur, peribit de populis suis.

WLC ³⁸ אִ֛ישׁ אֲשֶׁר־ יַעֲשֶׂ֥ה כָמ֖וֹהָ לְהָרִ֣יחַ בָּ֑הּ וְנִכְרַ֖ת מֵעַמָּֽיו׃
