BAN ³ ou lorsqu'il aura touché une souillure humaine, une chose quelconque par laquelle on devient souillé, et qu'il n'y aura pas pris garde, et qu'il s'apercevra qu'il est coupable ;

KJV ³ Or if he touch the uncleanness of man, whatsoever uncleanness it be that a man shall be defiled withal, and it be hid from him; when he knoweth of it, then he shall be guilty.

KJV ⁴ Or if a soul swear, pronouncing with his lips to do evil, or to do good, whatsoever it be that a man shall pronounce with an oath, and it be hid from him; when he knoweth of it, then he shall be guilty in one of these.

BAN ⁶ et il amènera à l'Eternel, pour le tort qu'il lui a fait par le péché, une femelle de menu bétail, brebis ou chèvre, comme sacrifice pour le péché ; et le sacrificateur fera pour lui la propitiation de son péché.

KJV ⁶ And he shall bring his trespass offering unto the LORD for his sin which he hath sinned, a female from the flock, a lamb or a kid of the goats, for a sin offering; and the priest shall make an atonement for him concerning his sin.

BAN ⁷ S'il n'a pas le moyen de se procurer une brebis ou une chèvre, il apportera à l'Eternel, pour lui avoir fait tort par son péché, deux tourterelles ou deux pigeonneaux, l'un comme sacrifice pour le péché, l'autre comme holocauste.

KJV ⁷ And if he be not able to bring a lamb, then he shall bring for his trespass, which he hath committed, two turtledoves, or two young pigeons, unto the LORD; one for a sin offering, and the other for a burnt offering.

BAN ⁸ Il les apportera au sacrificateur, qui offrira en premier, lieu celui qui est pour le péché ; il lui séparera la tête près de la nuque sans la détacher,

KJV ⁸ And he shall bring them unto the priest, who shall offer that which is for the sin offering first, and wring off his head from his neck, but shall not divide it asunder:

VULC ⁸ dabitque eos sacerdoti : qui primum offerens pro peccato, retorquebit caput ejus ad pennulas, ita ut collo hæreat, et non penitus abrumpatur.

WLC ⁸ וְהֵבִ֤יא אֹתָם֙ אֶל־ הַכֹּהֵ֔ן וְהִקְרִ֛יב אֶת־ אֲשֶׁ֥ר לַחַטָּ֖את רִאשׁוֹנָ֑ה וּמָלַ֧ק אֶת־ רֹאשׁ֛וֹ מִמּ֥וּל עָרְפּ֖וֹ וְלֹ֥א יַבְדִּֽיל׃

BAN ⁹ et il fera aspersion du sang de la victime pour le péché sur la paroi de l'autel, et le reste du sang sera exprimé au pied de l'autel ; c'est un sacrifice pour le péché.

KJV ⁹ And he shall sprinkle of the blood of the sin offering upon the side of the altar; and the rest of the blood shall be wrung out at the bottom of the altar: it is a sin offering.

VULC ⁹ Et asperget de sanguine ejus parietem altaris ; quidquid autem reliquum fuerit, faciet distillare ad fundamentum ejus, quia pro peccato est.

KJV ¹⁰ And he shall offer the second for a burnt offering, according to the manner: and the priest shall make an atonement for him for his sin which he hath sinned, and it shall be forgiven him.

BAN ¹¹ S'il n'a pas le moyen de se procurer deux tourterelles on deux pigeonneaux, il apportera en offrande pour son péché le dixième d'un épha de fleur de farine, comme sacrifice pour le péché. Il ne mettra pas d'huile dessus ; il n'y ajoutera point d'encens, car c'est un sacrifice pour le péché.

KJV ¹¹ But if he be not able to bring two turtledoves, or two young pigeons, then he that sinned shall bring for his offering the tenth part of an ephah of fine flour for a sin offering; he shall put no oil upon it, neither shall he put any frankincense thereon: for it is a sin offering.

BAN ¹² Il l'apportera au sacrificateur, et le sacrificateur en prendra une poignée en mémorial et la fera fumer sur l'autel, sur les sacrifices faits par le feu à l'Eternel ; c'est un sacrifice pour le péché.

KJV ¹² Then shall he bring it to the priest, and the priest shall take his handful of it, even a memorial thereof, and burn it on the altar, according to the offerings made by fire unto the LORD: it is a sin offering.

BAN ¹³ Ainsi le sacrificateur fera propitiation pour cet homme, pour le péché qu'il aura commis à l'égard d'une de ces choses, et il lui sera pardonné, et le reste appartiendra au sacrificateur, comme dans l'oblation.

KJV ¹³ And the priest shall make an atonement for him as touching his sin that he hath sinned in one of these, and it shall be forgiven him: and the remnant shall be the priest's, as a meat offering.

BAN ¹⁵ Lorsque quelqu'un commettra une infidélité et péchera par erreur en retenant quelque chose de ce qui doit être consacré à l'Eternel, il amènera son sacrifice de réparation à l'Eternel, à savoir un bélier sans défaut, choisi du troupeau, évalué par toi deux sicles d'argent au moins, selon le sicle du sanctuaire, comme sacrifice de réparation.

KJV ¹⁵ If a soul commit a trespass, and sin through ignorance, in the holy things of the LORD; then he shall bring for his trespass unto the LORD a ram without blemish out of the flocks, with thy estimation by shekels of silver, after the shekel of the sanctuary, for a trespass offering.

BAN ¹⁶ Et ce dont il aura fait tort au sanctuaire, il le restituera en ajoutant un cinquième en sus, et il le donnera au sacrificateur, et le sacrificateur fera propitiation pour lui par le bélier offert en sacrifice de réparation, et il lui sera pardonné.

KJV ¹⁶ And he shall make amends for the harm that he hath done in the holy thing, and shall add the fifth part thereto, and give it unto the priest: and the priest shall make an atonement for him with the ram of the trespass offering, and it shall be forgiven him.

BAN ¹⁷ Et lorsque quelqu'un péchera en faisant quelqu'une des choses que l'Eternel a défendu de faire, et que, sans savoir en quoi il est coupable, il portera le poids d'une faute,

KJV ¹⁷ And if a soul sin, and commit any of these things which are forbidden to be done by the commandments of the LORD; though he wist it not, yet is he guilty, and shall bear his iniquity.

BAN ¹⁸ il amènera au sacrificateur, en sacrifice de réparation, un bélier sans défaut, choisi du troupeau, évalué, par toi, et le sacrificateur fera pour lui propitiation à l'égard du péché qu'il a commis par erreur et qu'il n'a pas connu, et il lui sera pardonné.

KJV ¹⁸ And he shall bring a ram without blemish out of the flock, with thy estimation, for a trespass offering, unto the priest: and the priest shall make an atonement for him concerning his ignorance wherein he erred and wist it not, and it shall be forgiven him.

BAN ¹⁹ C'est un sacrifice de réparation ; car il était réellement coupable envers l'Eternel.

KJV ¹⁹ It is a trespass offering: he hath certainly trespassed against the LORD.

WLC ²² אֽוֹ־ מָצָ֧א אֲבֵדָ֛ה וְכִ֥חֶשׁ בָּ֖הּ וְנִשְׁבַּ֣ע עַל־ שָׁ֑קֶר עַל־ אַחַ֗ת מִכֹּ֛ל אֲשֶׁר־ יַעֲשֶׂ֥ה הָאָדָ֖ם לַחֲטֹ֥א בָהֵֽנָּה׃

WLC ²³ וְהָיָה֮ כִּֽי־ יֶחֱטָ֣א וְאָשֵׁם֒ וְהֵשִׁ֨יב אֶת־ הַגְּזֵלָ֜ה אֲשֶׁ֣ר גָּזָ֗ל א֤וֹ אֶת־ הָעֹ֙שֶׁק֙ אֲשֶׁ֣ר עָשָׁ֔ק א֚וֹ אֶת־ הַפִּקָּד֔וֹן אֲשֶׁ֥ר הָפְקַ֖ד אִתּ֑וֹ א֥וֹ אֶת־ הָאֲבֵדָ֖ה אֲשֶׁ֥ר מָצָֽא׃

WLC ²⁵ וְאֶת־ אֲשָׁמ֥וֹ יָבִ֖יא לַיהוָ֑ה אַ֣יִל תָּמִ֧ים מִן־ הַצֹּ֛אן בְּעֶרְכְּךָ֥ לְאָשָׁ֖ם אֶל־ הַכֹּהֵֽן׃

WLC ²⁶ וְכִפֶּ֨ר עָלָ֧יו הַכֹּהֵ֛ן לִפְנֵ֥י יְהוָ֖ה וְנִסְלַ֣ח ל֑וֹ עַל־ אַחַ֛ת מִכֹּ֥ל אֲשֶֽׁר־ יַעֲשֶׂ֖ה לְאַשְׁמָ֥ה בָֽהּ׃
