BCC ³ les Pharisiens en effet et tous les Juifs ne mangent pas sans s'être lavé soigneusement les mains, gardant la tradition des anciens,

KJV ³ For the Pharisees, and all the Jews, except they wash their hands oft, eat not, holding the tradition of the elders.

BCC ⁴ et lorsqu'ils reviennent de la place publique ils ne mangent pas sans avoir pratiqué des ablutions ; ils gardent encore beaucoup d'autres observances traditionnelles : ablution des coupes, des cruches et des vases d'airain.

KJV ⁴ And when they come from the market, except they wash, they eat not. And many other things there be, which they have received to hold, as the washing of cups, and pots, brasen vessels, and of tables.

TR1550 ⁴ καὶ ἀπό ἀγορᾶς ἐὰν μὴ βαπτίσωνται οὐκ ἐσθίουσιν καὶ ἄλλα πολλά ἐστιν ἃ παρέλαβον κρατεῖν βαπτισμοὺς ποτηρίων καὶ ξεστῶν καὶ χαλκίων καὶ κλινῶν

BCC ⁵ Les Pharisiens et les scribes lui demandèrent donc : ";pourquoi vos disciples ne marchent-ils pas selon la tradition des anciens, et prennent-ils leur repas avec des mains impures ? ;"

KJV ⁵ Then the Pharisees and scribes asked him, Why walk not thy disciples according to the tradition of the elders, but eat bread with unwashen hands?

BCC ⁷ Vain est le culte qu'ils me rendent, donnant des enseignements (qui sont) des préceptes d'hommes.

KJV ⁷ Howbeit in vain do they worship me, teaching for doctrines the commandments of men.

BCC ⁸ Vous laissez de côté le commandement de Dieu pour vous attacher à la tradition des hommes : vous faites des ablutions de cruches et de coupes, et beaucoup d'autres choses semblables."

KJV ⁸ For laying aside the commandment of God, ye hold the tradition of men, as the washing of pots and cups: and many other such like things ye do.

BCC ⁹ Et il leur dit : "vous avez bel et bien annulé le commandement de Dieu pour observer votre tradition !

KJV ⁹ And he said unto them, Full well ye reject the commandment of God, that ye may keep your own tradition.

BCC ¹⁵ Rien de ce qui est hors de l'homme et qui entre dans l'homme ne peut le souiller ; mais ce qui sort de l'homme, voilà ce qui souille l'homme.

KJV ¹⁵ There is nothing from without a man, that entering into him can defile him: but the things which come out of him, those are they that defile the man.

BCC ¹⁶ Si quelqu'un a des oreilles pour entendre, qu'il entende !"

TR1550 ²¹ ἔσωθεν γὰρ ἐκ τῆς καρδίας τῶν ἀνθρώπων οἱ διαλογισμοὶ οἱ κακοὶ ἐκπορεύονται μοιχεῖαι, πορνεῖαι φόνοι

BCC ²³ Toutes ces choses mauvaises sortent du dedans et souillent l'homme."

KJV ²³ All these evil things come from within, and defile the man.

BCC ²⁶ La femme était païenne, syro-phénicienne de race ; elle le pria de chasser le démon hors de sa fille.

KJV ²⁶ The woman was a Greek, a Syrophenician by nation; and she besought him that he would cast forth the devil out of her daughter.

BCC ²⁷ Il lui dit : "laissez d'abord les enfants se rassasier, car il n'est pas bien de prendre le pain des enfants pour le jeter aux petits chiens."

BCC ²⁹ Il lui dit : "à cause de cette parole, allez, le démon est sorti de votre fille."

KJV ²⁹ And he said unto her, For this saying go thy way; the devil is gone out of thy daughter.

BCC ³⁴ puis, levant les yeux au ciel, il poussa un soupir et lui dit : "Éphphatha," c'est-à-dire : "ouvre-toi."

KJV ³⁴ And looking up to heaven, he sighed, and saith unto him, Ephphatha, that is, Be opened.

BCC ³⁶ Il leur défendit d'en rien dire à personne ; mais plus il le leur défendait, plus ils le publiaient.

KJV ³⁶ And he charged them that they should tell no man: but the more he charged them, so much the more a great deal they published it;

BCC ³⁷ Et ravis d'une admiration sans bornes, ils disaient : " Il a fait tout très bien : il a fait entendre les sourds et parler les muets."

KJV ³⁷ And were beyond measure astonished, saying, He hath done all things well: he maketh both the deaf to hear, and the dumb to speak.
