BAN ¹⁶ Alors Hérode, voyant qu'il avait été joué par les mages, fut fort en colère ; et il envoya mettre à mort tous les enfants qui étaient dans Bethléhem et dans tous ses environs, depuis l'âge de deux ans et au-dessous, selon le temps dont il s'était exactement enquis auprès des mages.

BAN ¹⁸ Une voix a été ouïe dans Rama, des pleurs et de grands gémissements : Rachel pleurant ses enfants ; et elle ne voulait pas être consolée, parce qu'ils ne sont plus.

KJV ¹⁸ In Rama was there a voice heard, lamentation, and weeping, and great mourning, Rachel weeping for her children, and would not be comforted, because they are not.
