KJV ¹ And the LORD spake unto Moses, saying,

BCC ² Quand vous serez entrés dans le pays de Chanaan, voici le pays qui vous tombera en partage : le pays de Chanaan, selon ses limites, savoir :

KJV ² Command the children of Israel, and say unto them, When ye come into the land of Canaan; (this is the land that shall fall unto you for an inheritance, even the land of Canaan with the coasts thereof:)

BCC ³ Le côté du midi sera pour vous le désert de Sin, jusqu'à Édom, et votre frontière méridionale partira de l'extrémité méridionale de la mer Salée, vers l'orient,

KJV ³ Then your south quarter shall be from the wilderness of Zin along by the coast of Edom, and your south border shall be the outmost coast of the salt sea eastward:

BCC ⁴ et votre frontière inclinera au sud par la montée d'Akrabbim, passera par Sin, et arrivera jusqu'au midi de Cadès-Barné ; elle continuera par Hatsar-Adar et passera vers Asemon ;

KJV ⁴ And your border shall turn from the south to the ascent of Akrabbim, and pass on to Zin: and the going forth thereof shall be from the south to Kadeshbarnea, and shall go on to Hazaraddar, and pass on to Azmon:

BCC ⁵ et depuis Asemon, la frontière arrivera jusqu'au Torrent d'Égypte, pour arriver à la mer.

KJV ⁵ And the border shall fetch a compass from Azmon unto the river of Egypt, and the goings out of it shall be at the sea.

BCC ⁶ Quant à la frontière occidentale, vous aurez pour frontière la grande mer : ce sera votre limite à l'occident.

KJV ⁶ And as for the western border, ye shall even have the great sea for a border: this shall be your west border.

BCC ⁷ Voici quelle sera votre frontière septentrionale : à partir de la grande mer,

KJV ⁷ And this shall be your north border: from the great sea ye shall point out for you mount Hor:

BCC ⁸ vous la tracerez pour vous par le mont Hor ; depuis le mont Hor, vous la tracerez jusqu'à l'entrée de Hamath, et la frontière arrivera à Sedada ;

KJV ⁸ From mount Hor ye shall point out your border unto the entrance of Hamath; and the goings forth of the border shall be to Zedad:

BCC ⁹ et la frontière continuera par Zéphron, pour arriver à Hatsar-Enan : ce sera votre limite au septentrion.

KJV ⁹ And the border shall go on to Ziphron, and the goings out of it shall be at Hazarenan: this shall be your north border.

BCC ¹⁰ Vous tracerez votre frontière orientale de Hatsar-Enan à Sépham ;

KJV ¹⁰ And ye shall point out your east border from Hazarenan to Shepham:

BCC ¹¹ et la frontière descendra de Sépham vers Rébla, à l'est d'Aïn ; et la frontière descendra et s'étendra le long des collines qui flanquent la mer de Cénéreth à l'orient,

KJV ¹¹ And the coast shall go down from Shepham to Riblah, on the east side of Ain; and the border shall descend, and shall reach unto the side of the sea of Chinnereth eastward:

BCC ¹² et la frontière descendra le long du Jourdain, pour arriver à la mer Salée. Tel sera votre pays selon les frontières tout autour."

KJV ¹² And the border shall go down to Jordan, and the goings out of it shall be at the salt sea: this shall be your land with the coasts thereof round about.

BCC ¹³ Moïse donna cet ordre aux enfants d'Israël, en disant : "C'est là le pays que vous partagerez par le sort, et que Yahweh a ordonné de donner aux neuf tribus et à la demi-tribu.

KJV ¹³ And Moses commanded the children of Israel, saying, This is the land which ye shall inherit by lot, which the LORD commanded to give unto the nine tribes, and to the half tribe:

BCC ¹⁴ Car la tribu des fils de Ruben, selon leurs maisons patriarcales, et la tribu des fils de Gad, selon leurs maisons patriarcales, ont reçu leur héritage ; la demi-tribu de Manassé a reçu son héritage.

KJV ¹⁴ For the tribe of the children of Reuben according to the house of their fathers, and the tribe of the children of Gad according to the house of their fathers, have received their inheritance; and half the tribe of Manasseh have received their inheritance:

BCC ¹⁵ Les deux tribus et la demi-tribu ont pris leur héritage au delà du Jourdain, vis-à-vis de Jéricho, du côté de l'orient, vers le levant."

KJV ¹⁵ The two tribes and the half tribe have received their inheritance on this side Jordan near Jericho eastward, toward the sunrising.

BCC ¹⁸ Vous prendrez encore un prince de chaque tribu pour vous partager le pays.

KJV ¹⁸ And ye shall take one prince of every tribe, to divide the land by inheritance.

BCC ¹⁹ Voici les noms de ces hommes : Pour la tribu de Juda, Caleb, fils de Jéphoné ;

KJV ¹⁹ And the names of the men are these: Of the tribe of Judah, Caleb the son of Jephunneh.

BCC ²⁰ pour la tribu des fils de Siméon, Samuel, fils d'Ammiud ;

KJV ²⁰ And of the tribe of the children of Simeon, Shemuel the son of Ammihud.

BCC ²¹ pour la tribu de Benjamin, Elidad, fils de Chaselon ;

KJV ²¹ Of the tribe of Benjamin, Elidad the son of Chislon.

BCC ²² pour la tribu des fils de Dan, le prince Bocci, fils de Jogli ;

KJV ²² And the prince of the tribe of the children of Dan, Bukki the son of Jogli.

BCC ²³ pour les fils de Joseph : pour la tribu des fils de Manassé, le prince Hanniel, fils d'Éphod ;

KJV ²³ The prince of the children of Joseph, for the tribe of the children of Manasseh, Hanniel the son of Ephod.

BCC ²⁴ et pour la tribu des fils d'Éphraïm, le prince Camuel, fils de Sephtan ;

KJV ²⁴ And the prince of the tribe of the children of Ephraim, Kemuel the son of Shiphtan.

BCC ²⁵ pour la tribu des fils de Zabulon, le prince Élisaphan, fils de Pharnach ;

KJV ²⁵ And the prince of the tribe of the children of Zebulun, Elizaphan the son of Parnach.

BCC ²⁶ pour la tribu des fils d'Issachar, le prince Phaltiel, fils d'Ozan ;

KJV ²⁶ And the prince of the tribe of the children of Issachar, Paltiel the son of Azzan.

BCC ²⁷ pour la tribu des fils d'Aser, le prince Ahiud, fils de Salomi ;

KJV ²⁷ And the prince of the tribe of the children of Asher, Ahihud the son of Shelomi.

BCC ²⁸ pour la tribu des fils de Nephthali, le prince Phedaël, fils d'Ammiud."

KJV ²⁸ And the prince of the tribe of the children of Naphtali, Pedahel the son of Ammihud.

BCC ²⁹ ‒ Tels sont ceux à qui Yahweh ordonna de partager le pays de Chanaan entre les enfants d'Israël.

KJV ²⁹ These are they whom the LORD commanded to divide the inheritance unto the children of Israel in the land of Canaan.
