VULC ² Loquere ad filios Israël, et dices ad eos : Vir, sive mulier, cum fecerint votum ut sanctificentur, et se voluerint Domino consecrare :

KJV ³ He shall separate himself from wine and strong drink, and shall drink no vinegar of wine, or vinegar of strong drink, neither shall he drink any liquor of grapes, nor eat moist grapes, or dried.

S21 ³ il s'abstiendra de vin et de boisson alcoolisée. Il ne boira ni vinaigre fait avec du vin, ni vinaigre fait avec une boisson alcoolisée. Il ne boira d'aucune liqueur tirée des raisins et il ne mangera pas de raisins, ni frais ni secs.

VULC ³ a vino, et omni quod inebriare potest, abstinebunt. Acetum ex vino, et ex qualibet alia potione, et quidquid de uva exprimitur, non bibent : uvas recentes siccasque non comedent

KJV ⁴ All the days of his separation shall he eat nothing that is made of the vine tree, from the kernels even to the husk.

S21 ⁴ Pendant toute la période de sa consécration, il ne mangera rien de ce qui provient de la vigne, depuis les pépins jusqu'à la peau du raisin.

KJV ⁵ All the days of the vow of his separation there shall no razor come upon his head: until the days be fulfilled, in the which he separateth himself unto the LORD, he shall be holy, and shall let the locks of the hair of his head grow.

S21 ⁵ Pendant toute la durée de son vœu de naziréat, le rasoir ne passera pas sur sa tête. Il sera saint jusqu'à ce que prenne fin la période pour laquelle il s'est consacré à l'Eternel. Il laissera pousser librement ses cheveux.

VULC ⁵ Omni tempore separationis suæ novacula non transibit per caput ejus usque ad completum diem, quo Domino consecratur. Sanctus erit, crescente cæsarie capitis ejus.

KJV ⁶ All the days that he separateth himself unto the LORD he shall come at no dead body.

S21 ⁶ Pendant toute sa période de mise à part pour l'Eternel, il ne s'approchera pas d'une personne morte.

VULC ⁶ Omni tempore consecrationis suæ, super mortuum non ingredietur,

KJV ⁷ He shall not make himself unclean for his father, or for his mother, for his brother, or for his sister, when they die: because the consecration of his God is upon his head.

S21 ⁷ Il ne se rendra pas impur à la mort de son père, de sa mère, de son frère ou de sa sœur, car il porte sur sa tête la consécration de son Dieu.

KJV ⁸ All the days of his separation he is holy unto the LORD.

KJV ⁹ And if any man die very suddenly by him, and he hath defiled the head of his consecration; then he shall shave his head in the day of his cleansing, on the seventh day shall he shave it.

KJV ¹⁰ And on the eighth day he shall bring two turtles, or two young pigeons, to the priest, to the door of the tabernacle of the congregation:

KJV ¹¹ And the priest shall offer the one for a sin offering, and the other for a burnt offering, and make an atonement for him, for that he sinned by the dead, and shall hallow his head that same day.

S21 ¹¹ Le prêtre sacrifiera l'un en sacrifice d'expiation et l'autre comme holocauste, et il fera pour lui l'expiation du péché commis à cause de ce mort. Le naziréen reconsacrera ainsi sa tête ce jour-là.

VULC ¹¹ Facietque sacerdos unum pro peccato, et alterum in holocaustum, et deprecabitur pro eo, quia peccavit super mortuo : sanctificabitque caput ejus in die illo :

KJV ¹² And he shall consecrate unto the LORD the days of his separation, and shall bring a lamb of the first year for a trespass offering: but the days that were before shall be lost, because his separation was defiled.

S21 ¹² Il consacrera de nouveau à l'Eternel la période de son naziréat et il offrira un agneau d'un an en sacrifice de culpabilité. Les jours précédents ne seront pas comptés parce que son naziréat a été rendu impur.

VULC ¹² et consecrabit Domino dies separationis illius, offerens agnum anniculum pro peccato : ita tamen ut dies priores irriti fiant, quoniam polluta est sanctificatio ejus.

KJV ¹³ And this is the law of the Nazarite, when the days of his separation are fulfilled: he shall be brought unto the door of the tabernacle of the congregation:

S21 ¹³ »Voici la loi relative au naziréen. Le jour où prendra fin sa période de consécration, on le fera venir à l'entrée de la tente de la rencontre.

VULC ¹³ Ista est lex consecrationis. Cum dies, quos ex voto decreverat, complebuntur, adducet eum ad ostium tabernaculi fœderis,

KJV ¹⁴ And he shall offer his offering unto the LORD, one he lamb of the first year without blemish for a burnt offering, and one ewe lamb of the first year without blemish for a sin offering, and one ram without blemish for peace offerings,

S21 ¹⁴ Il présentera son offrande à l'Eternel: un agneau d'un an et sans défaut pour l'holocauste, une brebis d'un an et sans défaut pour le sacrifice d'expiation et un bélier sans défaut pour le sacrifice de communion;

VULC ¹⁴ et offeret oblationes ejus Domino, agnum anniculum immaculatum in holocaustum, et ovem anniculam immaculatam pro peccato, et arietem immaculatum, hostiam pacificam,

KJV ¹⁵ And a basket of unleavened bread, cakes of fine flour mingled with oil, and wafers of unleavened bread anointed with oil, and their meat offering, and their drink offerings.

S21 ¹⁵ une corbeille de pains sans levain, de gâteaux de fleur de farine pétris à l'huile et de galettes sans levain arrosées d'huile, avec l'offrande végétale et les offrandes liquides qui les accompagnent.

VULC ¹⁵ canistrum quoque panum azymorum qui conspersi sint oleo, et lagana absque fermento uncta oleo, ac libamina singulorum :

KJV ¹⁶ And the priest shall bring them before the LORD, and shall offer his sin offering, and his burnt offering:

S21 ¹⁶ Le prêtre présentera ces éléments devant l'Eternel et il offrira sa victime expiatoire et son holocauste.

VULC ¹⁶ quæ offeret sacerdos coram Domino, et faciet tam pro peccato, quam in holocaustum.

KJV ¹⁷ And he shall offer the ram for a sacrifice of peace offerings unto the LORD, with the basket of unleavened bread: the priest shall offer also his meat offering, and his drink offering.

S21 ¹⁷ Il offrira le bélier en sacrifice de communion à l'Eternel, en plus de la corbeille de pains sans levain, avec l'offrande végétale et l'offrande liquide qui l'accompagnent.

VULC ¹⁷ Arietem vero immolabit hostiam pacificam Domino, offerens simul canistrum azymorum, et libamenta quæ ex more debentur.

KJV ¹⁸ And the Nazarite shall shave the head of his separation at the door of the tabernacle of the congregation, and shall take the hair of the head of his separation, and put it in the fire which is under the sacrifice of the peace offerings.

S21 ¹⁸ Le naziréen rasera sa tête consacrée à l'entrée de la tente de la rencontre. Il prendra les cheveux de sa tête consacrée et les mettra sur le feu qui brûle sous le sacrifice de communion.

VULC ¹⁸ Tunc radetur nazaræus ante ostium tabernaculi fœderis cæsarie consecrationis suæ : tolletque capillos ejus, et ponet super ignem, qui est suppositus sacrificio pacificorum :

KJV ¹⁹ And the priest shall take the sodden shoulder of the ram, and one unleavened cake out of the basket, and one unleavened wafer, and shall put them upon the hands of the Nazarite, after the hair of his separation is shaven:

S21 ¹⁹ Le prêtre prendra la cuisse cuite du bélier, un gâteau sans levain de la corbeille et une galette sans levain. Il les posera sur les mains du naziréen une fois que celui-ci aura rasé sa tête consacrée.

VULC ¹⁹ et armum coctum arietis, tortamque absque fermento unam de canistro, et laganum azymum unum, et tradet in manus nazaræi, postquam rasum fuerit caput ejus.

KJV ²⁰ And the priest shall wave them for a wave offering before the LORD: this is holy for the priest, with the wave breast and heave shoulder: and after that the Nazarite may drink wine.

S21 ²⁰ Le prêtre fera pour eux le geste de présentation devant l'Eternel: c'est une chose sainte qui appartient au prêtre, avec la poitrine qu'on a présentée et la cuisse prélevée. Ensuite, le naziréen pourra boire du vin.

VULC ²⁰ Susceptaque rursum ab eo, elevabit in conspectu Domini : et sanctificata sacerdotis erunt, sicut pectusculum, quod separari jussum est, et femur. Post hæc, potest bibere nazaræus vinum.

KJV ²¹ This is the law of the Nazarite who hath vowed, and of his offering unto the LORD for his separation, beside that that his hand shall get: according to the vow which he vowed, so he must do after the law of his separation.

S21 ²¹ »Telle est la loi pour celui qui fait vœu de naziréat. Telle est son offrande à l'Eternel pour son naziréat, en plus de ce que lui permettront ses ressources. Il accomplira ce qui est ordonné pour le vœu qu'il a fait conformément à la loi de son naziréat.»

VULC ²¹ Ista est lex nazaræi, cum voverit oblationem suam Domino tempore consecrationis suæ, exceptis his, quæ invenerit manus ejus : juxta quod mente devoverat, ita faciet ad perfectionem sanctificationis suæ.

VULC ²⁴ Benedicat tibi Dominus, et custodiat te.

KJV ²⁵ The LORD make his face shine upon thee, and be gracious unto thee:

S21 ²⁵ Que l'Eternel fasse briller son visage sur toi et t'accorde sa grâce!

VULC ²⁵ Ostendat Dominus faciem suam tibi, et misereatur tui.

KJV ²⁶ The LORD lift up his countenance upon thee, and give thee peace.

S21 ²⁶ Que l'Eternel se tourne vers toi et te donne la paix!'

VULC ²⁶ Convertat Dominus vultum suum ad te, et det tibi pacem.

KJV ²⁷ And they shall put my name upon the children of Israel, and I will bless them.

S21 ²⁷ C'est ainsi qu'ils mettront mon nom sur les Israélites et je les bénirai.»

KJV ¹ And it came to pass on the day that Moses had fully set up the tabernacle, and had anointed it, and sanctified it, and all the instruments thereof, both the altar and all the vessels thereof, and had anointed them, and sanctified them;

KJV ² That the princes of Israel, heads of the house of their fathers, who were the princes of the tribes, and were over them that were numbered, offered:

KJV ⁵ Take it of them, that they may be to do the service of the tabernacle of the congregation; and thou shalt give them unto the Levites, to every man according to his service.

S21 ⁵ «Prends ces éléments de leur part afin de les employer pour le service de la tente de la rencontre. Tu les donneras aux Lévites, à chacun selon les besoins de sa fonction.»

VULC ⁵ Suscipe ab eis ut serviant in ministerio tabernaculi, et trades ea Levitis juxta ordinem ministerii sui.

KJV ⁶ And Moses took the wagons and the oxen, and gave them unto the Levites.

S21 ⁶ Moïse prit les chars et les bœufs, et il les remit aux Lévites.

KJV ⁹ But unto the sons of Kohath he gave none: because the service of the sanctuary belonging unto them was that they should bear upon their shoulders.
