BAN ¹ Si donc il y a quelque consolation en Christ, s'il y a quelque soulagement de la charité, s'il y a quelque communion d'esprit, s'il y a quelque tendresse et quelques compassions,

KJV ¹ If there be therefore any consolation in Christ, if any comfort of love, if any fellowship of the Spirit, if any bowels and mercies,

BAN ² rendez ma joie accomplie, ayant un même sentiment, une même charité, une même âme, une même pensée.

KJV ² Fulfil ye my joy, that ye be likeminded, having the same love, being of one accord, of one mind.

BAN ³ Ne faites rien par esprit de dispute, ni par vaine gloire ; mais par humilité, estimant les autres comme plus excellents que vous-mêmes ;

KJV ³ Let nothing be done through strife or vainglory; but in lowliness of mind let each esteem other better than themselves.

BAN ⁴ ne regardant pas chacun à ses propres intérêts ; mais aussi chacun à ceux des autres.

KJV ⁴ Look not every man on his own things, but every man also on the things of others.

BAN ⁵ Qu'il y ait en vous le même sentiment qui a été en Jésus-Christ,

KJV ⁵ Let this mind be in you, which was also in Christ Jesus:

BAN ⁶ lequel, existant en forme de Dieu, ne considéra pas comme une proie l'égalité avec Dieu,

KJV ⁶ Who, being in the form of God, thought it not robbery to be equal with God:

BAN ⁷ mais il se dépouilla lui-même, prenant une forme de serviteur, fait à la ressemblance des hommes,

KJV ⁷ But made himself of no reputation, and took upon him the form of a servant, and was made in the likeness of men:

BAN ⁸ et, quant à la figure, étant trouvé comme un homme, il s'abaissa lui-même, étant devenu obéissant jusqu'à la mort, même la mort de la croix.

KJV ⁸ And being found in fashion as a man, he humbled himself, and became obedient unto death, even the death of the cross.

BAN ⁹ C'est pourquoi aussi Dieu l'a souverainement élevé, et lui a donné le nom qui est au-dessus de tout nom ;

KJV ⁹ Wherefore God also hath highly exalted him, and given him a name which is above every name:

BAN ¹⁰ afin qu'au nom de Jésus tout genou fléchisse dans les cieux, et sur la terre, et sous la terre,

KJV ¹⁰ That at the name of Jesus every knee should bow, of things in heaven, and things in earth, and things under the earth;

BAN ¹¹ et que toute langue confesse que Jésus-Christ est Seigneur, à la gloire de Dieu le Père.

KJV ¹¹ And that every tongue should confess that Jesus Christ is Lord, to the glory of God the Father.
