WLC ¹ לְדָוִ֗ד מִ֫זְמ֥וֹר חֶֽסֶד־ וּמִשְׁפָּ֥ט אָשִׁ֑ירָה לְךָ֖ יְהוָ֣ה אֲזַמֵּֽרָה׃

KJV ² I will behave myself wisely in a perfect way. O when wilt thou come unto me? I will walk within my house with a perfect heart.

MAR ² Je me rendrai attentif à une conduite pure jusqu’à ce que tu viennes à moi ; je marcherai dans l'intégrité de mon coeur, au milieu de ma maison.

S21 ² Je serai attentif à la voie des hommes intègres.
Quand viendras-tu vers moi?
Je marcherai avec un cœur intègre
au milieu des miens.

WLC ² אַשְׂכִּ֤ילָה ׀ בְּדֶ֬רֶךְ תָּמִ֗ים מָ֭תַי תָּב֣וֹא אֵלָ֑י אֶתְהַלֵּ֥ךְ בְּתָם־ לְ֝בָבִ֗י בְּקֶ֣רֶב בֵּיתִֽי׃

KJV ³ I will set no wicked thing before mine eyes: I hate the work of them that turn aside; it shall not cleave to me.

MAR ³ Je ne mettrai point devant mes yeux de chose méchante ; j'ai en haine les actions des débauchés ; [rien] ne s'en attachera à moi.

S21 ³ Je ne mettrai rien de mauvais devant mes yeux.
Je déteste la conduite des pécheurs:
elle n'aura aucune prise sur moi.

WLC ³ לֹֽא־ אָשִׁ֨ית ׀ לְנֶ֥גֶד עֵינַ֗י דְּֽבַר־ בְּלִ֫יָּ֥עַל עֲשֹֽׂה־ סֵטִ֥ים שָׂנֵ֑אתִי לֹ֖א יִדְבַּ֣ק בִּֽי׃

KJV ⁴ A froward heart shall depart from me: I will not know a wicked person.

MAR ⁴ Le coeur mauvais se retirera d'auprès de moi ; je n'avouerai point le méchant.

S21 ⁴ Le cœur pervers s'éloignera de moi;
je ne veux pas connaître le méchant.

WLC ⁴ לֵבָ֣ב עִ֭קֵּשׁ יָס֣וּר מִמֶּ֑נִּי רָ֝֗ע לֹ֣א אֵדָֽע׃

KJV ⁵ Whoso privily slandereth his neighbour, him will I cut off: him that hath an high look and a proud heart will not I suffer.

MAR ⁵ Je retrancherai celui qui médit en secret de son prochain ; je ne pourrai pas [souffrir] celui qui a les yeux élevés et le coeur enflé.

S21 ⁵ Celui qui dénigre en secret son prochain,
je le réduirai au silence;
celui qui a le regard hautain et un cœur orgueilleux,
je ne le supporterai pas.

WLC ⁵ בַסֵּ֨תֶר ׀ רֵעֵהוּ֮ אוֹת֪וֹ אַ֫צְמִ֥ית גְּֽבַהּ־ עֵ֭ינַיִם וּרְחַ֣ב לֵבָ֑ב אֹ֝ת֗וֹ לֹ֣א אוּכָֽל׃

KJV ⁶ Mine eyes shall be upon the faithful of the land, that they may dwell with me: he that walketh in a perfect way, he shall serve me.

MAR ⁶ Je prendrai garde aux gens de bien du pays, afin qu'ils demeurent avec moi ; celui qui marche dans la voie entière, me servira.

S21 ⁶ J'aurai les yeux sur les fidèles du pays
pour qu'ils habitent près de moi;
celui qui marche dans la voie des hommes intègres
sera à mon service.

WLC ⁶ עֵינַ֤י ׀ בְּנֶֽאֶמְנֵי־ אֶרֶץ֮ לָשֶׁ֪בֶת עִמָּ֫דִ֥י הֹ֭לֵךְ בְּדֶ֣רֶךְ תָּמִ֑ים ה֝֗וּא יְשָׁרְתֵֽנִי׃

KJV ⁷ He that worketh deceit shall not dwell within my house: he that telleth lies shall not tarry in my sight.

MAR ⁷ Celui qui usera de tromperie ne demeurera point dans ma maison ; celui qui profère mensonge, ne sera point affermi devant mes yeux.

S21 ⁷ Celui qui se livre à la fraude
n'habitera pas dans ma maison;
celui qui dit des mensonges
ne se tiendra pas devant moi.

WLC ⁷ לֹֽא־ יֵשֵׁ֨ב ׀ בְּקֶ֥רֶב בֵּיתִי֮ עֹשֵׂ֪ה רְמִ֫יָּ֥ה דֹּבֵ֥ר שְׁקָרִ֑ים לֹֽא־ יִ֝כּ֗וֹן לְנֶ֣גֶד עֵינָֽי׃

KJV ⁸ I will early destroy all the wicked of the land; that I may cut off all wicked doers from the city of the LORD.

MAR ⁸ Je retrancherai chaque matin tous les méchants du pays, afin d'exterminer de la Cité de l'Eternel tous les ouvriers d'iniquité.

S21 ⁸ Chaque matin, je réduirai au silence
tous les méchants du pays,
pour supprimer de la ville de l'Eternel
tous ceux qui commettent l'injustice.

WLC ⁸ לַבְּקָרִ֗ים אַצְמִ֥ית כָּל־ רִשְׁעֵי־ אָ֑רֶץ לְהַכְרִ֥ית מֵֽעִיר־ יְ֝הוָ֗ה כָּל־ פֹּ֥עֲלֵי אָֽוֶן׃
