KJV 1 O give thanks unto the LORD; call upon his name: make known his deeds among the people.

WLC 1 הוֹד֣וּ לַ֭יהוָה קִרְא֣וּ בִּשְׁמ֑וֹ הוֹדִ֥יעוּ בָ֝עַמִּ֗ים עֲלִילוֹתָֽיו׃

KJV 2 Sing unto him, sing psalms unto him: talk ye of all his wondrous works.

WLC 2 שִֽׁירוּ־ ל֭וֹ זַמְּרוּ־ ל֑וֹ שִׂ֝֗יחוּ בְּכָל־ נִפְלְאוֹתָֽיו׃

KJV 3 Glory ye in his holy name: let the heart of them rejoice that seek the LORD.

WLC 3 הִֽ֭תְהַלְלוּ בְּשֵׁ֣ם קָדְשׁ֑וֹ יִ֝שְׂמַ֗ח לֵ֤ב ׀ מְבַקְשֵׁ֬י יְהוָֽה׃

KJV 4 Seek the LORD, and his strength: seek his face evermore.

WLC 4 דִּרְשׁ֣וּ יְהוָ֣ה וְעֻזּ֑וֹ בַּקְּשׁ֖וּ פָנָ֣יו תָּמִֽיד׃

KJV 5 Remember his marvellous works that he hath done; his wonders, and the judgments of his mouth;

WLC 5 זִכְר֗וּ נִפְלְאוֹתָ֥יו אֲשֶׁר־ עָשָׂ֑ה מֹ֝פְתָ֗יו וּמִשְׁפְּטֵי־ פִֽיו׃

KJV 6 O ye seed of Abraham his servant, ye children of Jacob his chosen.

WLC 6 זֶ֭רַע אַבְרָהָ֣ם עַבְדּ֑וֹ בְּנֵ֖י יַעֲקֹ֣ב בְּחִירָֽיו׃

KJV 7 He is the LORD our God: his judgments are in all the earth.

WLC 7 ה֭וּא יְהוָ֣ה אֱלֹהֵ֑ינוּ בְּכָל־ הָ֝אָ֗רֶץ מִשְׁפָּטָֽיו׃

KJV 8 He hath remembered his covenant for ever, the word which he commanded to a thousand generations.

WLC 8 זָכַ֣ר לְעוֹלָ֣ם בְּרִית֑וֹ דָּבָ֥ר צִ֝וָּ֗ה לְאֶ֣לֶף דּֽוֹר׃

KJV 9 Which covenant he made with Abraham, and his oath unto Isaac;

WLC 9 אֲשֶׁ֣ר כָּ֭רַת אֶת־ אַבְרָהָ֑ם וּשְׁב֖וּעָת֣וֹ לְיִשְׂחָֽק׃

KJV 10 And confirmed the same unto Jacob for a law, and to Israel for an everlasting covenant:

WLC 10 וַיַּֽעֲמִידֶ֣הָ לְיַעֲקֹ֣ב לְחֹ֑ק לְ֝יִשְׂרָאֵ֗ל בְּרִ֣ית עוֹלָֽם׃

KJV 11 Saying, Unto thee will I give the land of Canaan, the lot of your inheritance:

WLC 11 לֵאמֹ֗ר לְךָ֗ אֶתֵּ֥ן אֶת־ אֶֽרֶץ־ כְּנָ֑עַן חֶ֝֗בֶל נַחֲלַתְכֶֽם׃

KJV 12 When they were but a few men in number; yea, very few, and strangers in it.

WLC 12 בִּֽ֭הְיוֹתָם מְתֵ֣י מִסְפָּ֑ר כִּ֝מְעַ֗ט וְגָרִ֥ים בָּֽהּ׃

KJV 13 When they went from one nation to another, from one kingdom to another people;

WLC 13 וַֽ֭יִּתְהַלְּכוּ מִגּ֣וֹי אֶל־ גּ֑וֹי מִ֝מַּמְלָכָ֗ה אֶל־ עַ֥ם אַחֵֽר׃

KJV 14 He suffered no man to do them wrong: yea, he reproved kings for their sakes;

WLC 14 לֹֽא־ הִנִּ֣יחַ אָדָ֣ם לְעָשְׁקָ֑ם וַיּ֖וֹכַח עֲלֵיהֶ֣ם מְלָכִֽים׃

KJV 15 Saying, Touch not mine anointed, and do my prophets no harm.

WLC 15 אַֽל־ תִּגְּע֥וּ בִמְשִׁיחָ֑י וְ֝לִנְבִיאַי אַל־ תָּרֵֽעוּ׃

KJV 16 Moreover he called for a famine upon the land: he brake the whole staff of bread.

WLC 16 וַיִּקְרָ֣א רָ֭עָב עַל־ הָאָ֑רֶץ כָּֽל־ מַטֵּה־ לֶ֥חֶם שָׁבָֽר׃

KJV 17 He sent a man before them, even Joseph, who was sold for a servant:

WLC 17 שָׁלַ֣ח לִפְנֵיהֶ֣ם אִ֑ישׁ לְ֝עֶ֗בֶד נִמְכַּ֥ר יוֹסֵֽף׃

KJV 18 Whose feet they hurt with fetters: he was laid in iron:

WLC 18 עִנּ֣וּ בַכֶּ֣בֶל בַּ֝רְזֶ֗ל בָּ֣אָה נַפְשֽׁוֹ׃

KJV 19 Until the time that his word came: the word of the LORD tried him.

WLC 19 עַד־ עֵ֥ת בֹּֽא־ דְבָר֑וֹ אִמְרַ֖ת יְהוָ֣ה צְרָפָֽתְהוּ׃

KJV 20 The king sent and loosed him; even the ruler of the people, and let him go free.

WLC 20 שָׁ֣לַח מֶ֭לֶךְ וַיַּתִּירֵ֑הוּ מֹשֵׁ֥ל עַ֝מִּ֗ים וַֽיְפַתְּחֵֽהוּ׃

KJV 21 He made him lord of his house, and ruler of all his substance:

WLC 21 שָׂמ֣וֹ אָד֣וֹן לְבֵית֑וֹ וּ֝מֹשֵׁ֗ל בְּכָל־ קִנְיָנֽוֹ׃

KJV 22 To bind his princes at his pleasure; and teach his senators wisdom.

WLC 22 לֶאְסֹ֣ר שָׂרָ֣יו בְּנַפְשׁ֑וֹ וּזְקֵנָ֥יו יְחַכֵּֽם׃

KJV 23 Israel also came into Egypt; and Jacob sojourned in the land of Ham.

WLC 23 וַיָּבֹ֣א יִשְׂרָאֵ֣ל מִצְרָ֑יִם וְ֝יַעֲקֹ֗ב גָּ֣ר בְּאֶֽרֶץ־ חָֽם׃

KJV 24 And he increased his people greatly; and made them stronger than their enemies.

WLC 24 וַיֶּ֣פֶר אֶת־ עַמּ֣וֹ מְאֹ֑ד וַ֝יַּֽעֲצִמֵהוּ מִצָּרָֽיו׃

KJV 25 He turned their heart to hate his people, to deal subtilly with his servants.

WLC 25 הָפַ֣ךְ לִ֭בָּם לִשְׂנֹ֣א עַמּ֑וֹ לְ֝הִתְנַכֵּ֗ל בַּעֲבָדָֽיו׃

KJV 26 He sent Moses his servant; and Aaron whom he had chosen.

WLC 26 שָׁ֭לַח מֹשֶׁ֣ה עַבְדּ֑וֹ אַ֝הֲרֹ֗ן אֲשֶׁ֣ר בָּֽחַר־ בּֽוֹ׃

KJV 27 They shewed his signs among them, and wonders in the land of Ham.

WLC 27 שָֽׂמוּ־ בָ֭ם דִּבְרֵ֣י אֹתוֹתָ֑יו וּ֝מֹפְתִ֗ים בְּאֶ֣רֶץ חָֽם׃

KJV 28 He sent darkness, and made it dark; and they rebelled not against his word.

WLC 28 שָׁ֣לַֽח חֹ֭שֶׁךְ וַיַּחְשִׁ֑ךְ וְלֹֽא־ מָ֝ר֗וּ אֶת־

KJV 29 He turned their waters into blood, and slew their fish.

KJV 30 Their land brought forth frogs in abundance, in the chambers of their kings.

WLC 30 שָׁרַ֣ץ אַרְצָ֣ם צְפַרְדְּעִ֑ים בְּ֝חַדְרֵ֗י מַלְכֵיהֶֽם׃

KJV 31 He spake, and there came divers sorts of flies, and lice in all their coasts.

WLC 31 אָ֭מַר וַיָּבֹ֣א עָרֹ֑ב כִּ֝נִּ֗ים בְּכָל־ גְּבוּלָֽם׃

KJV 32 He gave them hail for rain, and flaming fire in their land.

WLC 32 נָתַ֣ן גִּשְׁמֵיהֶ֣ם בָּרָ֑ד אֵ֖שׁ לֶהָב֣וֹת בְּאַרְצָֽם׃

KJV 33 He smote their vines also and their fig trees; and brake the trees of their coasts.

WLC 33 וַיַּ֣ךְ גַּ֭פְנָם וּתְאֵנָתָ֑ם וַ֝יְשַׁבֵּ֗ר עֵ֣ץ גְּבוּלָֽם׃

KJV 34 He spake, and the locusts came, and caterpillers, and that without number,

WLC 34 אָ֭מַר וַיָּבֹ֣א אַרְבֶּ֑ה וְ֝יֶ֗לֶק וְאֵ֣ין מִסְפָּֽר׃

KJV 35 And did eat up all the herbs in their land, and devoured the fruit of their ground.

WLC 35 וַיֹּ֣אכַל כָּל־ עֵ֣שֶׂב בְּאַרְצָ֑ם וַ֝יֹּ֗אכַל פְּרִ֣י אַדְמָתָֽם׃

KJV 36 He smote also all the firstborn in their land, the chief of all their strength.

WLC 36 וַיַּ֣ךְ כָּל־ בְּכ֣וֹר בְּאַרְצָ֑ם רֵ֝אשִׁ֗ית לְכָל־ אוֹנָֽם׃

KJV 37 He brought them forth also with silver and gold: and there was not one feeble person among their tribes.

WLC 37 וַֽ֭יּוֹצִיאֵם בְּכֶ֣סֶף וְזָהָ֑ב וְאֵ֖ין בִּשְׁבָטָ֣יו כּוֹשֵֽׁל׃

KJV 38 Egypt was glad when they departed: for the fear of them fell upon them.

WLC 38 שָׂמַ֣ח מִצְרַ֣יִם בְּצֵאתָ֑ם כִּֽי־ נָפַ֖ל פַּחְדָּ֣ם עֲלֵיהֶֽם׃

KJV 39 He spread a cloud for a covering; and fire to give light in the night.

WLC 39 פָּרַ֣שׂ עָנָ֣ן לְמָסָ֑ךְ וְ֝אֵ֗שׁ לְהָאִ֥יר לָֽיְלָה׃

KJV 40 The people asked, and he brought quails, and satisfied them with the bread of heaven.

WLC 40 שָׁאַ֣ל וַיָּבֵ֣א שְׂלָ֑ו וְלֶ֥חֶם שָׁ֝מַ֗יִם יַשְׂבִּיעֵֽם׃

KJV 41 He opened the rock, and the waters gushed out; they ran in the dry places like a river.

WLC 41 פָּ֣תַח צ֭וּר וַיָּז֣וּבוּ מָ֑יִם הָ֝לְכ֗וּ בַּצִּיּ֥וֹת נָהָֽר׃

KJV 42 For he remembered his holy promise, and Abraham his servant.

WLC 42 כִּֽי־ זָ֭כַר אֶת־ דְּבַ֣ר קָדְשׁ֑וֹ אֶֽת־ אַבְרָהָ֥ם עַבְדּֽוֹ׃

KJV 43 And he brought forth his people with joy, and his chosen with gladness:

WLC 43 וַיּוֹצִ֣א עַמּ֣וֹ בְשָׂשׂ֑וֹן בְּ֝רִנָּ֗ה אֶת־ בְּחִירָֽיו׃

KJV 44 And gave them the lands of the heathen: and they inherited the labour of the people;

WLC 44 וַיִּתֵּ֣ן לָ֭הֶם אַרְצ֣וֹת גּוֹיִ֑ם וַעֲמַ֖ל לְאֻמִּ֣ים יִירָֽשׁוּ׃

KJV 45 That they might observe his statutes, and keep his laws. Praise ye the LORD.

WLC 45 בַּעֲב֤וּר ׀ יִשְׁמְר֣וּ חֻ֭קָּיו וְתוֹרֹתָ֥יו יִנְצֹ֗רוּ הַֽלְלוּ־ יָֽהּ׃
