intende deprecationem meam.
Auribus percipe orationem meam,
non in labiis dolosis.

KJV 2 O my soul, thou hast said unto the LORD, Thou art my Lord: my goodness extendeth not to thee;
VULC 2 De vultu tuo judicium meum prodeat ;
oculi tui videant æquitates.

KJV 3 But to the saints that are in the earth, and to the excellent, in whom is all my delight.

KJV 4 Their sorrows shall be multiplied that hasten after another god: their drink offerings of blood will I not offer, nor take up their names into my lips.

KJV 5 The LORD is the portion of mine inheritance and of my cup: thou maintainest my lot.
VULC 5 Perfice gressus meos in semitis tuis,
ut non moveantur vestigia mea.
WLC 5 יְֽהוָ֗ה מְנָת־ חֶלְקִ֥י וְכוֹסִ֑י אַ֝תָּ֗ה תּוֹמִ֥יךְ גּוֹרָלִֽי׃
KJV 6 The lines are fallen unto me in pleasant places; yea, I have a goodly heritage.
VULC 6 Ego clamavi, quoniam exaudisti me, Deus ;
inclina aurem tuam mihi, et exaudi verba mea.
WLC 6 חֲבָלִ֣ים נָֽפְלוּ־ לִ֭י בַּנְּעִמִ֑ים אַף־ נַ֝חֲלָ֗ת שָֽׁפְרָ֥ה עָלָֽי׃
KJV 7 I will bless the LORD, who hath given me counsel: my reins also instruct me in the night seasons.
VULC 7 Mirifica misericordias tuas,
qui salvos facis sperantes in te.
WLC 7 אֲבָרֵ֗ךְ אֶת־ יְ֭הוָה אֲשֶׁ֣ר יְעָצָ֑נִי אַף־ לֵ֝יל֗וֹת יִסְּר֥וּנִי כִלְיוֹתָֽי׃
KJV 8 I have set the LORD always before me: because he is at my right hand, I shall not be moved.
VULC 8 A resistentibus dexteræ tuæ custodi me
ut pupillam oculi.
Sub umbra alarum tuarum protege me
WLC 8 שִׁוִּ֬יתִי יְהוָ֣ה לְנֶגְדִּ֣י תָמִ֑יד כִּ֥י מִֽ֝ימִינִ֗י בַּל־ אֶמּֽוֹט׃
KJV 9 Therefore my heart is glad, and my glory rejoiceth: my flesh also shall rest in hope.
VULC 9 a facie impiorum qui me afflixerunt.
Inimici mei animam meam circumdederunt ;
WLC 9 לָכֵ֤ן ׀ שָׂמַ֣ח לִ֭בִּי וַיָּ֣גֶל כְּבוֹדִ֑י אַף־ בְּ֝שָׂרִ֗י יִשְׁכֹּ֥ן לָבֶֽטַח׃
KJV 10 For thou wilt not leave my soul in hell; neither wilt thou suffer thine Holy One to see corruption.

os eorum locutum est superbiam.
WLC 10 כִּ֤י ׀ לֹא־ תַעֲזֹ֣ב נַפְשִׁ֣י לִשְׁא֑וֹל לֹֽא־ תִתֵּ֥ן חֲ֝סִידְךָ֗ לִרְא֥וֹת שָֽׁחַת׃
KJV 11 Thou wilt shew me the path of life: in thy presence is fulness of joy; at thy right hand there are pleasures for evermore.
VULC 11 Projicientes me nunc circumdederunt me ;
oculos suos statuerunt declinare in terram.
WLC 11 תּֽוֹדִיעֵנִי֮ אֹ֤רַח חַ֫יִּ֥ים שֹׂ֣בַע שְׂ֭מָחוֹת אֶת־ פָּנֶ֑יךָ נְעִמ֖וֹת בִּימִינְךָ֣ נֶֽצַח׃
VULC 12 Susceperunt me sicut leo paratus ad prædam,
et sicut catulus leonis habitans in abditis.
VULC 13 Exsurge, Domine : præveni eum, et supplanta eum :
eripe animam meam ab impio ;
frameam tuam
VULC 14 ab inimicis manus tuæ.
Domine, a paucis de terra divide eos in vita eorum ;
de absconditis tuis adimpletus est venter eorum.
Saturati sunt filiis,
et dimiserunt reliquias suas parvulis suis.
VULC 15 Ego autem in justitia apparebo conspectui tuo ;
satiabor cum apparuerit gloria tua.]
