KJV ² Examine me, O LORD, and prove me; try my reins and my heart.

S21 ² Examine-moi, Eternel, mets-moi à l'épreuve,
purifie au creuset mes reins et mon cœur,

WLC ² בְּחָנֵ֣נִי יְהוָ֣ה וְנַסֵּ֑נִי כִלְיוֹתַ֣י וְלִבִּֽי׃

KJV ³ For thy lovingkindness is before mine eyes: and I have walked in thy truth.

et je marche dans ta vérité.

KJV ⁴ I have not sat with vain persons, neither will I go in with dissemblers.

S21 ⁴ Je ne m'assieds pas avec les hommes faux,
je ne vais pas avec les hypocrites.

WLC ⁴ לֹא־ יָ֭שַׁבְתִּי עִם־ מְתֵי־ שָׁ֑וְא וְעִ֥ם נַ֝עֲלָמִ֗ים לֹ֣א אָבֽוֹא׃

KJV ⁵ I have hated the congregation of evil doers; and will not sit with the wicked.

S21 ⁵ Je déteste l'assemblée de ceux qui font le mal,
je ne m'assieds pas avec les méchants.

WLC ⁵ שָׂ֭נֵאתִי קְהַ֣ל מְרֵעִ֑ים וְעִם־ רְ֝שָׁעִ֗ים לֹ֣א אֵשֵֽׁב׃

KJV ⁶ I will wash mine hands in innocency: so will I compass thine altar, O LORD:

et je fais le tour de ton autel, Eternel,

WLC ⁶ אֶרְחַ֣ץ בְּנִקָּי֣וֹן כַּפָּ֑י וַאֲסֹבְבָ֖ה אֶת־ מִזְבַּחֲךָ֣ יְהוָֽה׃

KJV ⁷ That I may publish with the voice of thanksgiving, and tell of all thy wondrous works.

KJV ⁹ Gather not my soul with sinners, nor my life with bloody men:

S21 ⁹ N'entraîne pas mon âme dans la ruine des pécheurs,
ni ma vie dans celle des hommes sanguinaires.

WLC ⁹ אַל־ תֶּאֱסֹ֣ף עִם־ חַטָּאִ֣ים נַפְשִׁ֑י וְעִם־ אַנְשֵׁ֖י דָמִ֣ים חַיָּֽי׃

KJV ¹⁰ In whose hands is mischief, and their right hand is full of bribes.

KJV ¹¹ But as for me, I will walk in mine integrity: redeem me, and be merciful unto me.

KJV ¹² My foot standeth in an even place: in the congregations will I bless the LORD.
