Ps 47 (Catholique Crampon)

¹ Au maître de chant. Des fils de Coré. Psaume. ² Vous tous, peuples, battez des mains, célébrez Dieu par des cris d'allégresse ! ³ Car Yahweh est très haut, redoutable, grand roi sur toute la terre. ⁴ Il nous assujettit les peuples, il met les nations sous nos pieds. ⁵ Il nous choisit notre héritage, la gloire de Jacob, son bien-aimé. ‒ Séla. ⁶ Dieu monte à son sanctuaire au milieu des acclamations ; Yahweh, au son de la trompette. ⁷ Chantez à Dieu, chantez ! chantez à notre Roi, chantez ! ⁸ Car Dieu est roi de toute la terre ; chantez un cantique de louange. ⁹ Dieu règne sur les nations, il siège sur son trône saint. ¹⁰ Les princes des peuples se réunissent pour former aussi un peuple du Dieu d'Abraham ; car à Dieu sont les boucliers de la terre ; Il est souverainement élevé.

   ¹ O clap your hands, all ye people; shout unto God with the voice of triumph. ² For the LORD most high is terrible; he is a great King over all the earth. ³ He shall subdue the people under us, and the nations under our feet. ⁴ He shall choose our inheritance for us, the excellency of Jacob whom he loved. Selah.
   ⁵ God is gone up with a shout, the LORD with the sound of a trumpet. ⁶ Sing praises to God, sing praises: sing praises unto our King, sing praises. ⁷ For God is the King of all the earth: sing ye praises with understanding. ⁸ God reigneth over the heathen: God sitteth upon the throne of his holiness. ⁹ The princes of the people are gathered together, even the people of the God of Abraham: for the shields of the earth belong unto God: he is greatly exalted.
