KJV 1 Give ear to my words, O LORD, consider my meditation.

VULC 1 In finem, pro ea quæ hæreditatem consequitur. Psalmus David.

KJV 2 Hearken unto the voice of my cry, my King, and my God: for unto thee will I pray.

VULC 2 [Verba mea auribus percipe, Domine ;
intellige clamorem meum.

KJV 3 My voice shalt thou hear in the morning, O LORD; in the morning will I direct my prayer unto thee, and will look up.

VULC 3 Intende voci orationis meæ,
rex meus et Deus meus.

KJV 4 For thou art not a God that hath pleasure in wickedness: neither shall evil dwell with thee.

VULC 4 Quoniam ad te orabo, Domine :
mane exaudies vocem meam.

KJV 5 The foolish shall not stand in thy sight: thou hatest all workers of iniquity.

VULC 5 Mane astabo tibi, et videbo
quoniam non Deus volens iniquitatem tu es.

KJV 6 Thou shalt destroy them that speak leasing: the LORD will abhor the bloody and deceitful man.

VULC 6 Neque habitabit juxta te malignus,
neque permanebunt injusti ante oculos tuos.

KJV 7 But as for me, I will come into thy house in the multitude of thy mercy: and in thy fear will I worship toward thy holy temple.

VULC 7 Odisti omnes qui operantur iniquitatem ;
perdes omnes qui loquuntur mendacium.
Virum sanguinum et dolosum abominabitur Dominus.

KJV 8 Lead me, O LORD, in thy righteousness because of mine enemies; make thy way straight before my face.

VULC 8 Ego autem in multitudine misericordiæ tuæ
introibo in domum tuam ;
adorabo ad templum sanctum tuum in timore tuo.

KJV 9 For there is no faithfulness in their mouth; their inward part is very wickedness; their throat is an open sepulchre; they flatter with their tongue.

VULC 9 Domine, deduc me in justitia tua :
propter inimicos meos dirige in conspectu tuo viam meam.

KJV 10 Destroy thou them, O God; let them fall by their own counsels; cast them out in the multitude of their transgressions; for they have rebelled against thee.

VULC 10 Quoniam non est in ore eorum veritas ;
cor eorum vanum est.

KJV 11 But let all those that put their trust in thee rejoice: let them ever shout for joy, because thou defendest them: let them also that love thy name be joyful in thee.

VULC 11 Sepulchrum patens est guttur eorum ;
linguis suis dolose agebant :
judica illos, Deus.
Decidant a cogitationibus suis ;
secundum multitudinem impietatum eorum expelle eos,
quoniam irritaverunt te, Domine.

KJV 12 For thou, LORD, wilt bless the righteous; with favour wilt thou compass him as with a shield.

VULC 12 Et lætentur omnes qui sperant in te ;
in æternum exsultabunt, et habitabis in eis.
Et gloriabuntur in te omnes qui diligunt nomen tuum,

VULC 13 quoniam tu benedices justo.
Domine, ut scuto bonæ voluntatis tuæ coronasti nos.]
