WLC ¹ לִשְׁלֹמֹ֨ה ׀ אֱ‍ֽלֹהִ֗ים מִ֭שְׁפָּטֶיךָ לְמֶ֣לֶךְ תֵּ֑ן וְצִדְקָתְךָ֥ לְבֶן־ מֶֽלֶךְ׃

BCC ² Qu'il dirige ton peuple avec justice, et tes malheureux avec équité !

KJV ² He shall judge thy people with righteousness, and thy poor with judgment.

WLC ² יָדִ֣ין עַמְּךָ֣ בְצֶ֑דֶק וַעֲנִיֶּ֥יךָ בְמִשְׁפָּֽט׃

BCC ³ Que les montagnes produisent la paix au peuple, ainsi que les collines, par la justice.

KJV ³ The mountains shall bring peace to the people, and the little hills, by righteousness.

WLC ³ יִשְׂא֤וּ הָרִ֓ים שָׁ֘ל֥וֹם לָעָ֑ם וּ֝גְבָע֗וֹת בִּצְדָקָֽה׃

BCC ⁴ Qu'il fasse droit aux malheureux de son peuple, qu'il assiste les enfants du pauvre, et qu'il écrase l'oppresseur !

KJV ⁴ He shall judge the poor of the people, he shall save the children of the needy, and shall break in pieces the oppressor.

WLC ⁴ יִשְׁפֹּ֤ט ׀ עֲ‍ֽנִיֵּי־ עָ֗ם י֭וֹשִׁיעַ לִבְנֵ֣י אֶבְי֑וֹן וִֽידַכֵּ֣א עוֹשֵֽׁק׃

BCC ⁵ Qu'on te révère, tant que subsistera le soleil, tant que brillera la lune, d'âge en âge !

KJV ⁵ They shall fear thee as long as the sun and moon endure, throughout all generations.

WLC ⁵ יִֽירָא֥וּךָ עִם־ שָׁ֑מֶשׁ וְלִפְנֵ֥י יָ֝רֵ֗חַ דּ֣וֹר דּוֹרִֽים׃

BCC ⁶ Qu'il descende comme la pluie sur le gazon, comme les ondées qui arrosent la terre !

KJV ⁶ He shall come down like rain upon the mown grass: as showers that water the earth.

BCC ⁷ Qu'en ses jours le juste fleurisse, avec l'abondance de la paix, jusqu'à ce qu'il n'y ait plus de lune

KJV ⁷ In his days shall the righteous flourish; and abundance of peace so long as the moon endureth.

BCC ⁸ Il dominera d'une mer à l'autre, du Fleuve aux extrémités de la terre.

BCC ¹³ Il aura pitié du misérable et de l'indigent, et il sauvera la vie du pauvre.

KJV ¹³ He shall spare the poor and needy, and shall save the souls of the needy.

WLC ¹³ יָ֭חֹס עַל־ דַּ֣ל וְאֶבְי֑וֹן וְנַפְשׁ֖וֹת אֶבְיוֹנִ֣ים יוֹשִֽׁיעַ׃

BCC ¹⁴ Il les affranchira de l'oppression et de la violence, et leur sang aura du prix à ses yeux.

KJV ¹⁴ He shall redeem their soul from deceit and violence: and precious shall their blood be in his sight.

BCC ¹⁵ Ils vivront, et lui donneront de l'or de Saba ; ils feront sans cesse des voeux pour lui, ils le béniront chaque jour.

KJV ¹⁵ And he shall live, and to him shall be given of the gold of Sheba: prayer also shall be made for him continually; and daily shall he be praised.

BCC ¹⁶ Que les blés abondent dans le pays, jusqu'au sommet des montagnes ! Que leurs épis s'agitent comme les arbres du Liban ! Que les hommes fleurissent dans la ville comme l'herbe des champs !

KJV ¹⁶ There shall be an handful of corn in the earth upon the top of the mountains; the fruit thereof shall shake like Lebanon: and they of the city shall flourish like grass of the earth.

WLC ¹⁶ יְהִ֤י פִסַּת־ בַּ֨ר ׀ בָּאָרֶץ֮ בְּרֹ֪אשׁ הָ֫רִ֥ים יִרְעַ֣שׁ כַּלְּבָנ֣וֹן פִּרְי֑וֹ וְיָצִ֥יצוּ מֵ֝עִ֗יר כְּעֵ֣שֶׂב הָאָֽרֶץ׃

BCC ¹⁷ Que son nom dure à jamais ! Tant que brillera le soleil, que son nom se propage ! Qu'on cherche en lui la bénédiction ! Que toutes les nations le proclament heureux !

KJV ¹⁷ His name shall endure for ever: his name shall be continued as long as the sun: and men shall be blessed in him: all nations shall call him blessed.

WLC ¹⁷ יְהִ֤י שְׁמ֨וֹ לְֽעוֹלָ֗ם לִפְנֵי־ שֶׁמֶשׁ֮ שְׁ֫מ֥וֹ וְיִתְבָּ֥רְכוּ ב֑וֹ כָּל־ גּוֹיִ֥ם יְאַשְּׁרֽוּהוּ׃

BCC ¹⁸ Béni soit Yahweh Dieu, le Dieu d'Israël, qui seul fait des prodiges !

KJV ¹⁸ Blessed be the LORD God, the God of Israel, who only doeth wondrous things.
