KJV 5 Lift not up your horn on high: speak not with a stiff neck.

KJV 6 For promotion cometh neither from the east, nor from the west, nor from the south.

KJV 7 But God is the judge: he putteth down one, and setteth up another.

dormitaverunt qui ascenderunt equos.

KJV 8 For in the hand of the LORD there is a cup, and the wine is red; it is full of mixture; and he poureth out of the same: but the dregs thereof, all the wicked of the earth shall wring them out, and drink them.

WLC 9 כִּ֤י כ֪וֹס בְּֽיַד־ יְהוָ֡ה וְיַ֤יִן חָמַ֨ר ׀ מָ֥לֵא מֶסֶךְ֮ וַיַּגֵּ֪ר מִ֫זֶּ֥ה אַךְ־ שְׁ֭מָרֶיהָ יִמְצ֣וּ יִשְׁתּ֑וּ כֹּ֝֗ל רִשְׁעֵי־ אָֽרֶץ׃
KJV 10 All the horns of the wicked also will I cut off; but the horns of the righteous shall be exalted.
VULC 10 cum exsurgeret in judicium Deus,
ut salvos faceret omnes mansuetos terræ.
WLC 10 וַ֭אֲנִי אַגִּ֣יד לְעֹלָ֑ם אֲ֝זַמְּרָ֗ה לֵאלֹהֵ֥י יַעֲקֹֽב׃
VULC 11 Quoniam cogitatio hominis confitebitur tibi,
et reliquiæ cogitationis diem festum agent tibi.
WLC 11 וְכָל־ קַרְנֵ֣י רְשָׁעִ֣ים אֲגַדֵּ֑עַ תְּ֝רוֹמַ֗מְנָה קַֽרְנ֥וֹת צַדִּֽיק׃
VULC 12 Vovete et reddite Domino Deo vestro,
omnes qui in circuitu ejus affertis munera :

VULC 13 et ei qui aufert spiritum principum :
