BAN ² Et il arrivera en ce jour-là, dit l'Eternel des armées, que je retrancherai du pays les noms des idoles, et on n'en fera plus mention ; et les prophètes aussi et l'esprit d'impureté, je les ôterai du pays.

KJV ² And it shall come to pass in that day, saith the LORD of hosts, that I will cut off the names of the idols out of the land, and they shall no more be remembered: and also I will cause the prophets and the unclean spirit to pass out of the land.

BAN ³ Et il arrivera que, si quelqu'un prophétise encore, son père et sa mère, qui l'ont engendré, lui diront : Tu ne vivras pas, car tu as dit des mensonges au nom de l'Eternel. Et son père et sa mère, qui l'ont engendré, le transperceront pendant qu'il prophétisera.

KJV ³ And it shall come to pass, that when any shall yet prophesy, then his father and his mother that begat him shall say unto him, Thou shalt not live; for thou speakest lies in the name of the LORD: and his father and his mother that begat him shall thrust him through when he prophesieth.

BAN ⁴ Et il arrivera en ce jour-là que les prophètes seront honteux chacun de sa vision quand ils prophétiseront, et ils ne se revêtiront pas du manteau de poil pour mentir.

KJV ⁴ And it shall come to pass in that day, that the prophets shall be ashamed every one of his vision, when he hath prophesied; neither shall they wear a rough garment to deceive:

MAR ⁴ Et il arrivera en ce temps-là que ces prophètes seront confus chacun de sa vision, quand il aura prophétisé ; et ils ne seront plus vêtus de manteau de poil, pour mentir.

BAN ⁵ Chacun d'eux dira : Je ne suis pas prophète, moi ; je cultive la terre ; quelqu'un m'a acheté dès ma jeunesse.

KJV ⁵ But he shall say, I am no prophet, I am an husbandman; for man taught me to keep cattle from my youth.

MAR ⁵ Et il dira : Je ne suis point prophète, [mais] je suis un laboureur ; car on m'a appris à gouverner du bétail dès ma jeunesse.

WLC ⁵ וְאָמַ֕ר לֹ֥א נָבִ֖יא אָנֹ֑כִי אִישׁ־ עֹבֵ֤ד אֲדָמָה֙ אָנֹ֔כִי כִּ֥י אָדָ֖ם הִקְנַ֥נִי מִנְּעוּרָֽי׃

BAN ⁶ Et quand on lui dira : Qu'est-ce que ces blessures à tes mains ? il répondra : C'est que j'ai reçu des coups dans la maison de mes amis.

KJV ⁶ And one shall say unto him, What are these wounds in thine hands? Then he shall answer, Those with which I was wounded in the house of my friends.

MAR ⁶ Et on lui dira : Que veulent donc dire ces blessures en tes mains ? Et il répondra : Ce sont celles qui m'ont été faites dans la maison de mes amis.

BAN ⁷ Epée, réveille-toi contre mon berger, contre l'homme mon compagnon, dit l'Eternel des armées ! Frappe le berger, et que les brebis soient dispersées ! Et je ramènerai ma main sur les petits.

KJV ⁷ Awake, O sword, against my shepherd, and against the man that is my fellow, saith the LORD of hosts: smite the shepherd, and the sheep shall be scattered: and I will turn mine hand upon the little ones.

BAN ⁸ Et il arrivera dans tout le pays, dit l'Eternel des armées, que les deux tiers en seront retranchés, périront, et que le troisième tiers y demeurera de reste.

KJV ⁸ And it shall come to pass, that in all the land, saith the LORD, two parts therein shall be cut off and die; but the third shall be left therein.

BAN ⁹ Je ferai passer ce tiers par le feu, et je les affinerai comme on affine l'argent ; je les éprouverai comme on éprouve l'or. Il invoquera mon nom, et moi, je l'exaucerai. Je dirai : C'est mon peuple ! et il dira : L'Eternel est mon Dieu.

KJV ⁹ And I will bring the third part through the fire, and will refine them as silver is refined, and will try them as gold is tried: they shall call on my name, and I will hear them: I will say, It is my people: and they shall say, The LORD is my God.
