KJV ⁶ Seek ye the LORD while he may be found, call ye upon him while he is near:

BAN ⁷ Que le méchant abandonne sa voie, et le criminel ses pensées ; qu'il se convertisse à l'Eternel, et il lui fera grâce ; et à notre Dieu, car il pardonne abondamment.

KJV ⁷ Let the wicked forsake his way, and the unrighteous man his thoughts: and let him return unto the LORD, and he will have mercy upon him; and to our God, for he will abundantly pardon.

BAN ⁸ Car mes pensées ne sont pas vos pensées, et vos voies ne sont pas mes voies, dit l'Eternel ;

KJV ⁸ For my thoughts are not your thoughts, neither are your ways my ways, saith the LORD.

BAN ⁹ car autant les cieux sont élevés par-dessus la terre, autant mes voies sont élevées au-dessus de vos voies, et mes pensées au-dessus de vos pensées.

KJV ⁹ For as the heavens are higher than the earth, so are my ways higher than your ways, and my thoughts than your thoughts.

BAN ¹⁰ Car, comme la pluie et la neige descendent des cieux et n'y retournent pas, qu'elles n'aient abreuvé et fécondé et fait verdir la terre, et n'aient donné la semence au semeur et le pain à celui qui mange,

KJV ¹⁰ For as the rain cometh down, and the snow from heaven, and returneth not thither, but watereth the earth, and maketh it bring forth and bud, that it may give seed to the sower, and bread to the eater:

BAN ¹¹ il en sera de même de ma parole, qui sort de ma bouche ; elle ne reviendra pas à moi sans effet, sans avoir exécuté ce que j'ai voulu et accompli ce pourquoi je l'ai envoyée.

KJV ¹¹ So shall my word be that goeth forth out of my mouth: it shall not return unto me void, but it shall accomplish that which I please, and it shall prosper in the thing whereto I sent it.

BAN ¹² Car vous sortirez pleins de joie, et vous serez conduits en paix ; les montagnes et les collines éclateront en cris de joie à votre vue, et tous les arbres de la campagne battront des mains.
