KJV 1 O come, let us sing unto the LORD: let us make a joyful noise to the rock of our salvation.

VULC 1 Canticum ipsi David, quando domus ædificabatur post captivitatem. [Cantate Domino canticum novum ;
cantate Domino omnis terra.

KJV 2 Let us come before his presence with thanksgiving, and make a joyful noise unto him with psalms.

VULC 2 Cantate Domino, et benedicite nomini ejus ;
annuntiate de die in diem salutare ejus.

KJV 3 For the LORD is a great God, and a great King above all gods.

VULC 3 Annuntiate inter gentes gloriam ejus ;
in omnibus populis mirabilia ejus.

KJV 4 In his hand are the deep places of the earth: the strength of the hills is his also.

VULC 4 Quoniam magnus Dominus, et laudabilis nimis :
terribilis est super omnes deos.

KJV 5 The sea is his, and he made it: and his hands formed the dry land.

KJV 7 For he is our God; and we are the people of his pasture, and the sheep of his hand. To day if ye will hear his voice,

VULC 7 Afferte Domino, patriæ gentium,
afferte Domino gloriam et honorem ;

KJV 8 Harden not your heart, as in the provocation, and as in the day of temptation in the wilderness:

VULC 8 afferte Domino gloriam nomini ejus.
Tollite hostias, et introite in atria ejus ;

KJV 9 When your fathers tempted me, proved me, and saw my work.

VULC 9 adorate Dominum in atrio sancto ejus.
Commoveatur a facie ejus universa terra ;

KJV 10 Forty years long was I grieved with this generation, and said, It is a people that do err in their heart, and they have not known my ways:

VULC 10 dicite in gentibus, quia Dominus regnavit.
Etenim correxit orbem terræ, qui non commovebitur ;
judicabit populos in æquitate.

KJV 11 Unto whom I sware in my wrath that they should not enter into my rest.

VULC 11 Lætentur cæli, et exsultet terra ;
commoveatur mare et plenitudo ejus ;

VULC 12 gaudebunt campi, et omnia quæ in eis sunt.
Tunc exsultabunt omnia ligna silvarum

VULC 13 a facie Domini, quia venit,
quoniam venit judicare terram.
Judicabit orbem terræ in æquitate,
et populos in veritate sua.]
